Location is great, almost on the slope. In the calm area, but shops and restaurants are nearby. Balcony was a nice bonus. We had an amazing view. Kitchenette is well equipped and friendly staff helped us to replace missing equipment.

The wifi in the apartment is not working well. In the Booking summary there was written that visitors staying 7 nights and longer are getting discounted ski-passes, we contacted accommodation in advance by message here on Booking, no reply. When we asked at the spot, we were told that it is not possible, that we had to contact them in advance.

Communication ahead of our arrival about getting the key when we would arrive after reception had closed. We were only finally told of the arrangements 30 minutes before reception closed, but I had emailed 8 weeks in advance with this question. It caused avoidable stress.

A part from skiing, it is nice to walk around the lake (plan de l'eau). If snow is not good enough in Menuires, it is well connected to Val Thorens. Some shops and restaurants are close to the appartment.

We were informed when we arrived that a 150€ deposit was required. Checking out the day you leave is between 8:00-9:30 am. Such info was not shared during booking.

Location was perfect, in Les Menuires, with easy access to Val Thorens and Meribel, well connected, with one green and one blue slope just right under.

The path to the entrance was a bit frozen and slippery, but that is normal in winter, and almost all town next to the slopes had frozen parts in the ground.

15 minute walk from the main bus station in Les Menuires, and the back of the hotel joins a run down to the ski lifts in Bruyères - basically ski in / ski out. Very close to bars and restaurants, and free shuttle buses run between les menuires mini villages and val Thorens.

Fantastic location looking out over the slopes. Ski lockers have a back door to get quickly to slope. Basic studio - suits couple.

Low folding sofa bed - but just about ok and was as expected.

The room was small but it was adequate for three of us. It is very conveniently located near the slop, the shops and restaurants.

It will be nice if room temperature could be a little higher.

Rather strict welcome with many rules and admin rather than a warm welcome. Not possible to order bread. Ski room too cold for boots to dry.

No amenities such as hand soap, washing up liquid, or toilet rolls, tea towel not included in towels.
