We recently stayed at The Art Hotel in Santorini, located in the charming village of Pyrgos, and had a lovely experience. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk to several restaurants, with even more dining options within a 15-20 minute stroll. Parking is available on-site, which was very convenient for exploring the island. Although it’s an art hotel, we didn’t notice much artwork during our stay, but the service more than made up for it. The staff, especially the cleaning team, were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We stayed in the Bold Suite, which features a pool. While the pool isn’t completely private, as you can see into the neighboring suite, this didn’t bother us at all. The sunsets from the suite were absolutely gorgeous, adding to the charm of our stay. If you stay here, be sure to visit Rosemary, a fantastic restaurant just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The food there is exceptional and well worth the visit. Overalls, The Art Hotel is a lovely place to stay in Santorini, offering great service and beautiful views.

The private pool is perfect and would definitely not be the same without it. Nothing beats enjoying the warm pool at 10 pm with no one around you. The staff was very polite and happy. The breakfast is terrific and delicious, brought to you room. The location is spot on, just 5mins walk from the Pyrgos city center and the main bus stop to any other city you want to go to. Try avoiding going into the restaurants in the main street, a lot more expensive, and find Xeporto restaurant, reasonable prices, better atmosphere and trully delicious food and great service.

The property is extremely clean, lovely pool, great breakfast and worthy to mention the lady receptionist who is very kind. Would love to express our gratitude towards all her genuine help, she even laid out a map and informed us of all the attractions in Santorini. Moreover, our flight was late at night, whereas although we could not remain in our room, they gave us access to the pool and the showers. Well done keep it up.

The male receptionist, who is extremely rude and has a very bad attitude. We left a door open and the wind blew up the door, he came to us pointing hands in our faces and shouting, blaming us.

everything superlative. cleanliness, friendly staff, intimate, few rooms, prompt staff and attentive to details. I respond quickly to emails and messages. I make travel recommendations. lidl and supermarket very close. the area is quiet. an extraordinary sunset. there is no need for fira or oia ,clearly an afternoon spent at sunset in the room is not to be missed.. breakfast is served in the room. delicious and rich breakfast. rich mini bar. rooms with sea view. rooms with swimming pool or jacuzzi. I stopped them both. the water in the pool is warm, you can bathe at any time. nothing to complain about. I would definitely come back. the lady at the reception, sweet, kind and kind to us. welcome back

The sensation of being in such a modern and intelligent concept of hospitality, is an experience that will remain unforgettable! I will return back at this place for sure!

Please be aware to confirm with the reception where exactly, you are allowed to park your vehicle, as there are private parkings preety close by, that they do not allow at all, the remaining in the surrounding area.

We had the Absolute suite which was a great size with the bed on Mezzanine floor and our own private patio with 'infinity' pool looking out towards the sea in the distance (and great sunsets) or to the delightful town of Pyrgos just to our right. Large shower cubicle with 2 showers was superb. Breakfast was great, served to you balcony (by your own pool in our case) from a large choice of breakfast items, and why not have a glass of champagne for breakfast every day! Was just a few minutes walk to the delightful town of Pyrgos with all it's bars and restaurants (ask the very helpful receptionist for some tips on where to eat good traditional food, or for that matter arranging anything else such as quad bike hire...a must do on the island!).

Lack of soft furnishings, could do with a nice soft chair after a hard day drinking / eating and sunbathing.

Beautiful property located in quiet area but within close walking distance to nearby town. We stayed in the Naughty suite which was clean, comfortable, and modern—complete with private hot tub, double walk-in shower, and three balconies. Staff was extremely warm and welcoming. Excellent breakfast brought directly to our suite. Lovely infinity pool and gorgeous views. Definitely recommend if staying in Pyrgos!

The pool bar never opened during our stay, however our room’s mini-bar was very well-stocked with drinks and snacks! Brief power outage occurred one night but was not a big problem for us.

It just a tad away from all the traffic but still close enough to go everywhere on the island. First of all Fragliskos is a rock star at the reception desk which by the way is located in the art gallery. All art is for sale and by Greek artists. Back to Fragliskos…..he booked us the best sunset sail around Santorini….don’t miss this one. Ask him to book for you. Husbands I-pad broke he made a phone call and unreal it was fixed in 48 hours. Such service. The rooms are large…great bar…2 bedrooms..nice size bathroom and wait for it……breakfast with Champaign served to your room each morning. You can get very spoiled here. Do not hesitate to book this place … you will not be disappointed.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. They are also at hand to organise any excursions you wish to do. The hotel is located at the edge of the town but it is only a 5 minute walk into the town where local busses run every hour for €1.60. Pool and jacuzzi are both clean and give a great view of the surroundings. Highly recommended this cosy romantic hotel which is a quiet retreat at the top of the hill.

Wow! What an amazing experience it was staying at the Art Hotel Santorini. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Fragkiskos who has the BEST customer service we have come across in Greece so far. He was so friendly and helpful, he managed to snag us the last car available (highly recommend). Also amazing knowledge of the island history! The breakfast is spectacular, we had everything you could hope for to fuel you for the day. The hotel rooms and facilities are 10/10, honestly can’t recommend this place enough!
