The hotel privately arranged transportation to get to there from the Bucharest Airport. They served a nice breakfast. Having a little balcony is a nice thing to enjoy in the evening. The family that runs this place is really great - especially their young adult son who speaks excellent English and is so kind and generous with talking about his life in Bulgaria. The hotel itself is perfectly clean and equipped with everything needed. The bathroom has a cool low-light feature which I found useful for not waking yourself up too much for middle of the night visits.

Great location, close to the city centre. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The hosts were kind and helpful. The breakfast was good, there are three choices of continental, tostis or muesli.

The bathroom door was squeaking in our room, so it was loud when we opened it. It would have been a nice touch to have some instant coffee/tea bags in the room.

I like that they offer three options of breakfast (traditional bulgarian, european continental and american continental). Also it was really close to the city center (10 min).

English language was a topic, I had to wait every day at least 10-15 min for the breakfast and usually I have to look for the owners to ask for brekfast.

The whole place was immaculate, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. There was a supermarket very close. When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready and we were given free soft drinks while we waited ( which wasn't very long anyway). There was a sweet little dog running around reception. Breakfast was good and coffee nice and strong

Despite there being an oven there was nothing to cook with - no pans, baking trays etc. We didn't get the rooms we were expecting but they were great anyway except one of our party didn't have the expected balcony. No lift.

Beautiful family run hotel in a good location for the main square where most of the bars and restaurants were. Lovely room with TV, AC and a kitchenette to make tea or coffee. It also had a seating area. We were on 4th floor with no lift but it was Breakfast was excellent.

Everything was fine

First of all the location is amazing! it’s in the city centre and in very close proximity to the Danube river and the two parks of the city! Both me and my wife were very pleased with the restaurant the food was amazing and the staff did everything they could to cater to our every need! The owners were very polite and gave us suggestions on where to take walks! The room that we were in was also clean and spacious! Overall great experience and would definitely come again and recommend!

Everything was great!

Staff was excellent, food was good, location was really good. Clean environment the staff was really friendly, good location to but things and really near to the center.

The only thing I did not like that much was that it had not enough parking space for the car.

Clean, easy checkin, close to city parks and river, spacious room. family business held by lovely people. breakfast was fresh and nice.

parking on the street in what felt an « unsafe » area. the blankets felt small for the size of the bed. the bathtub leaks in love room.

Svetemeer (my spelling) was great and speaks English like an American. Great breakfast. Loved the Love room. This is truly a family run hotel.

Yes you must use stairs, but this is Europe. Hard pressed to name any faults.
