The Hotel is located at a most beautiful location in the small village of Pomena at the Mljet National Park, with all beach facilities at the hotel and short tracks into the national park area. The breakfast buffet and the dinner offers are very good and remarkable for a hotel of this class. The whole staff shows great customer service orientation and is reflecting the personal leadership attitude of the young female manager. We have been knowing this hotel and its staff since many years and use it always for "recharging batteries" in a splendid environment.

The hotel is very nice, it has big enough rooms with comfortable beds and big windows. The room airconditioning was working excellently, the thermostat is easy to use. The staff is very kind and always happy to help. You can get fresh towels every day. Also, the hotel has a restaurant adjacent to the hotel entrance and beach bar on the closest beach and you can put everything you eat and drink on the room, you don’t have to pay right away because the staff and facilities are a part of the hotel.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and room floor could be a little bit better but in the summer that is sometimes hard. Also some parts of the rooms are a little bit dated and could use more space for drying wet swimsuits and towels.

We booked one of the rooms with a balcony looking out over the harbor, and the view was incredible! Amazing breakfast every morning, comfortable room, extremely helpful staff. Private beach was lovely, and the location is right by the entrance to the park, and there is also a nice walking trail to another peninsula through the parking lot. Blankets were really soft and comfortable. You can get your park ticket through the hotel which is helpful.

Our shower was TINY, I am average size and had trouble moving around in it. The décor is definitely a bit dated, but this didn’t bother us much. Main downside is there is zero wifi in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby for it. There were also a bunch of loud tourists from a GoSail Croatia cruise that took up about 10 of the waterfront beach chairs (which are limited, and for hotel guests only) which was a bit annoying as the hotel guests were forced to cram in the back.

The hotel is a bit dated but had everything we needed. We had a good sized room at the end of a corridor (quiet and private) with a nice shady balcony overlooking the sea and sunset views. We stayed half board and were glad we had done so as local restaurants are quite expensive. The buffet style food was plentiful and there was a lot of choice but after 4 nights it became a bit repetitive. Main courses were often a little dry and sometimes not very hot. The beach bar cocktails and subsets from the sunbeds were superb The location in Pomena is excellent. Straight opposite the ferry terminal and 5 mins walk from the superb and stunning Mljet National Park.

We had to ask for a kettle in the room. We got one immediately but why not just provide one. No tap water available at meals. Although they did not mind if you took your own in. Room was quite dark. Lots of potential trip hazards for older guests (eg ridges at doors to dining room)

The hotel is located at the ferry dock, so extremely convenient. We found bikes to rent right near by, as well as gelato, and a few great restaurants right on the harbor nearby. The hotel offered buffet breakfast and dinner (ours came with breakfast but we also tried the buffet dinner because it was so reasonably priced ), and both were excellent with a large variety of dishes, and types of food to choose from. We loved the swimming area, and we took the bikes all around the national park, which is very close. The hotel rooms and bathrooms were perfect except that they could have been a little larger, but really were just fine for a couple of nights. I would highly recommend!

The Location was excellent, the outdoor pool was fantastic, plenty of sunbeds and areas to sit by the water. Excellent service at the outdoor bar on top of great drinks and close to all nearby restaurants and amenities.

The breakfast was atrocious, food in the hotel left little to be desired with very few options. Inside bar had the worst layout and entertainment. Busy days meant many weren't around for these amenities. Rooms are small so I would recommend splurging on a balcony or at the very least the sea view room.

Best location, spent minimal time in our rooms because there is so much to do and see. You can run ride bike and scooter everywhere and see all the sites but the best thing to do is walk out of your hotel room 30 seconds to the loungers next to the water and jump in the water. DO NOT FORGET YOUR SNORKEL AND GOGGLES! (and gopro} The best place is right in front of hotel. No self catering so forces you to relax. Try and ignore the prices😊 Super friendly staff. We rented a small car and went to Odiseus cave (remember propper walking shoes) and Sunset beach which had the clearest water we have ever seen. Both is a must.

Location was fantastic, practically walked off the ferry into the reception area! It's about 2km from the national park which was beautiful. Had a sea view room which looked out over the harbour. There was plenty of sun beds on the patios and a small designated swimming area. Breakfast was excellent, good options and food was hot and was able to refill my water bottle each morning. Reception staff were very friendly and answered the many questions we had.

The sea view gets a bit blocked by the yachts that park up out front. Didn't know we could get beach towels from reception. Housekeeping were early birds! 1st morning we heard them cleaning the room above us at 8am, 2nd morning they banged on the door at 7:40am to try to clean the room, I wasn't even awake yet. 3rd morning they tried to enter the room without knocking at 8:30am, luckily this time I was awake and opened the door and told them we didn't need it. We informed reception who seemed very shocked and said they would discuss with their head of housekeeping. Regardless of the housekeeping situation the hotel was great and I would return there!

Large hotel with good facilities and in an excellent location beside the sea and within the National Park. Good service and helpful staff! Large selection of foods for buffet breakfast and big terrace with view.

Little disappointed with our room, as we expected “Deluxe” double and it was rather small and not in new condition. It did have a small terrace so we could see the sea.

It is a 3star hotel with a staff, who could compete in their friendliness and work attitude with all 5 star luxury hotels which we had experienced in other locations and continents. It has on the top a female CEO, who tries to make sure that the hotel has a "soul" and shows it to its customers. I never heard the CEO of any 5 star hotel telling such words. The location at the sea side, close to the Natural park of Mljet, is unique and offers many options for walking inside of the beautiful Natural park area. The beach facilities of the hotel are really good and well taken care.Breakfast and dinner offer a rich variety of menue ideas. Restaurants at Pomena a good and friendly. The hotel is a unique place for people who would like to recharge their batteries and not requesting the amenities of a luxury hotel as a must for "feeling happy". We have spent in Odisej many leaves and like to come again.
