This was our first visit to Mljet and Hotel Odisej and we loved every aspect of our stay. Located at the end of a lovely little village Pomena, situated right next to, whats looked like to us, the cleanest part of Adriatic Sea, this hotel offers you not only quiet, peaceful, green holiday for the body, but also for your soul. It is cozy, clean, offers excellent food for breakfast and dinner, all prepared with a lot of heart. There is a beach bar, sun beds and sunshades, shower on the beach and everything is well-maintained. Everybody is too kind and we felt at home. This hotel may not be the newest or most luxurious we’ve stayed in, but thanks to its unique spirit, undeniable charm, spotless cleanliness, and the warmth and dedication of its hardworking staff - who truly operate like a team of busy bees - it has won first place in our hearts. Nice location, next to the park entrance. Barbecue Diner twice a week during high Seasons. Access to the see is very easy but concrete platform instead of a beach.

Parking is not easy and along the road. No possibility for a coffee in the room or with automat ... not equiped. Breakfast buffet is very classical with charm and too "industrial" (no fresh fruits for example). A renovation of the room should be nice.

This is a third time that we stayed in hotel Odisej. We like Mljet so much that we come back every year and hope to continue doing so in the years to come. The sunset beach in front of the hotel is great. Vicinity of the national park is a big plus. Variety of food for breakfast and dinner.

Great location by the sea. Swimming from the harbour front was great. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good, kids loved the pancakes.

The beach is across a small road which makes returning to the hotel a bit inconvenient. The kids were disappointed with the pool which is just a shallow toddler pool - the online photos make it look much bigger.

Location of the hotel was excellent, room was clean and satisfactory, air condition and WiFi were working perfectly. Room is small, could be bigger and some furniture replacement would be great improvement. Shower cabin was a bit smaller than it should be. Food was excellent, we've had breakfasts and dinners. Staff was very polite and kind and willing to help you in any matter. Even the Manager of the hotel was cordially chatting with us and asking if we were satisfied with our stay. Thanks to the Manager, hotel has recently introduced pet friendly approach and we've had wonderful stay with our dog Ruby. We've liked everything in the hotel and recommending it for pleasant stay in Pomena, Mljet.

There is nothing that we didn't like. Only the parking around the hotel could be organized better.

This was a well located hotel in the heart of busy, but small Pomena. Easy walking to the lakes, in the heart of town near to all the restaurants where one could people and boat watch. It is a much bigger hotel than expected with many rooms set across a number of building extensions. Breakfast was a buffet and was of reasonable quality for a 3-star hotel. Rooms are tired and dated, but of a good size and well cleaned.

The rooms could do with a facelift and updating and it was difficult to find a sun lounger in high season. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the town, the beautiful island and our stay.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Odisej, and I already know it won’t be my last. The location is absolutely stunning – surrounded by untouched nature, crystal-clear sea, and the peaceful atmosphere of Mljet National Park. You really get great value for your money here. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the views are simply breathtaking. If you're looking to relax, disconnect, and enjoy the beauty of nature, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

The only downside is the high prices at nearby restaurants and bars. For a quick bite, the hotel restaurant is actually the best option, even though the menu is somewhat limited.

The location is absolutely perfect, in the heart of local shops, restaurants, across from a cosy beach bar and a stunning beach, close to a parking area, and all of it set within the beautiful Mljet National Park. It’s ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. That said, the accommodation itself could benefit from some updates, as the rooms and bathrooms feel a bit dated, and the breakfast is rather basic. Still, these small shortcomings are far outweighed by the unbeatable location and the chance to fully enjoy the wonders of this amazing island. I would absolutely recommend it for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Mljet National Park.

Breakfast.

The Hotel is located at a most beautiful location in the small village of Pomena at the Mljet National Park, with all beach facilities at the hotel and short tracks into the national park area. The breakfast buffet and the dinner offers are very good and remarkable for a hotel of this class. The whole staff shows great customer service orientation and is reflecting the personal leadership attitude of the young female manager. We have been knowing this hotel and its staff since many years and use it always for "recharging batteries" in a splendid environment.

WLan could be better.

The hotel is very nice, it has big enough rooms with comfortable beds and big windows. The room airconditioning was working excellently, the thermostat is easy to use. The staff is very kind and always happy to help. You can get fresh towels every day. Also, the hotel has a restaurant adjacent to the hotel entrance and beach bar on the closest beach and you can put everything you eat and drink on the room, you don’t have to pay right away because the staff and facilities are a part of the hotel.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and room floor could be a little bit better but in the summer that is sometimes hard. Also some parts of the rooms are a little bit dated and could use more space for drying wet swimsuits and towels.
