Location in Lumbarda perfect. Right in village with a swimming pool which gave you choice of ocean or pool. Supermarket x2 close to hotel. Close to town square for the village community events and close to beaches and restaurants. Staff very accommodating. Rooms basic but very comfortable - clean and everything you need. Balcony blockout shades a plus!!! Staff provided an early breakfast (sit down) due to early ferry. Went the extra mile!!!

everything was beyong perfect clean nice room with sea view, and nice beaches around, still quiet area to rest confy, the staff was the best, Hrvoje in the rrataurant and Snezana in the front desk honestly they upgraded our experience just with their energy and focus on small details, speacially the dinners😍😍😍, we still thibking about those gorgeous and tasty meals we had over there. ah also they have free parking.

the only think I will add is to provide a kettle for each floor or for each room. fortunatelly were not so many guess , so we did not have any issue using it. still with thials, the place and the staff deserve a 10/10

Hotel is situated first row to the sea which was amazing, Lumbarda is really nice town also people who lives there it was so nice. Staff at hotel is really good they help us with everything also they make this place like a home so warm and welcoming. Breakfest wasnt la carte because hotel just open but it was even better then a lot of other hotels, our room was really clean we couldnt find any mistake. We are getting back again for sure, we already book room for July. It was great!!

The hotel is definitely value for money. It is right in front of a small beach and a short 15 minute walk away from the beautiful, sandy Bilin Zal beach. We were extremely happy with the hospitality shown by the staff, especially Snezana at the front desk, who was warm and friendly. Would like to call-out Hrvoje and the chef who made sure that we were served vegetarian meals for breakfast and dinner, which we were very grateful for. Our baggages were held for an additional time after checking out, without any fuss.

We didn't have any complaints with our stay, except that it was too short!

Our room was a newly renovated 5 th floor sea view room . It was soundproofed and AC worked well . We stayed 5 nights As it was low season , the breakfast was cooked by order each morning and was plentiful and delicious . The off season minimal staff were fantastic . They could not possibly have done more . Reception lady : excellent in every way . Wait staff : fabulous . Help with other bookings and luggage given . Even the cleaner in restaurant area was friendly , polite and efficient .

Perhaps the cleaner could clean the toilet and bath base each day .

Best stay ever. Everything was impeccable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property is very well maintaned. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of meals. The staff was friendly and helpful and so was the manager. They introduced us to the island and informed us about everything. Also the location is next to the sea with an astonishing view. We will definetely be coming back to this hotel.

We liked everything ! The location , breakfast , dinner , the stuff , the view from the balcony. The hotel was nice , clean and cosy . The lady on the reception desk Snezana was very polite . Beach was sandy and very close. Also the lady Eli which was part of the hotel’s staff was very hospitable to us . They made our holiday wonderful. A big recommendation from us !

The location is fantastic! The pool has lots of seating. We had a balcony looking out at the sea and the marina across the road where we rented a boat. The beach is steps away. We liked all of the staff, the reception desk was very helpful and accommodating.The breakfast has a very good selection of both hot and cold food. The dinner buffet is excellent- 3 entrees, salad, dessert. It was extremely good value.

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, the balcony offered a stunning view, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was very good.

There was an issue with the booking because parking is not included; you need to reserve it in advance and pay for it. However, there is free parking on the street, which is generally available. The mattresses on the bed are quite uncomfortable.

Perfect location...beautiful quiet beach 3 min walk. We also walked past vineyards to another beach 20mins away. Bus stop very near the hotel. Staff so very helpful and friendly. Bedroom cleaned every day if you wish. Pool area very attractive. Very good variety of food for breakfast. Stunning view from the bedroom balcony.

We were there in Sept and the pool area was very quiet with no bar staff but besides this everything else was great.
