The spacious room (Room # 113) with separate living and bedroom areas was comfortable, and the room service food was delicious and flavorful. The front desk staff and airport pickup driver provided outstanding hospitality, making my stay truly enjoyable.

During my 2-night stay, I noticed a few areas that require improvement. Although the rooms were spacious, the bathroom was surprisingly congested, particularly the lavatory area, which was too small to use comfortably. Housekeeping services were also inconsistent. While the water bottles were refilled, the towels and cafeteria items were not replenished or replaced during my stay. Additionally, I found it challenging to reach the property after my official visit due to the lack of a signboard from the highway to the road leading to the hotel. I hope this feedback will help the hotel management address these issues and enhance the overall guest experience.

For the rates per night was excellent. Close to airport made it easy to get back to the airport very early morning. The hotel is on the main road so one side is the airport the other side the main busy town and the big mall. Breakfast was good and the price after hours were reasonable. The location and the atmosphere had the look of moderate class hotel and every money spent was worth it Shabbir

Our stay here was exceptional. From being greeted with cool towels & fruit juice to check in by exceedingly helpful and friendly staff to being taken to our suite. The beds are very comfortable and there is quality linen on them. We couldn’t have asked for more! The roof top pool was delightful and a wonderful spot to watch planes from. The meal we ordered in the evening was excellent and one of the best we’d had in India. This will definitely be our hotel of choice for Kochi airport. We’ve planned our return trip!

I had the pleasure of staying at Noah Sky Suits during my recent trip to Kerala, and it was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The modern amenities made my stay so comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with a smile. The food served at the restaurant was delicious. The pickup service from the airport and the check-in process was smooth. What made my stay pleasant was the exceptional service. The staff were very helpful with my airport transfer requests and other queries. For my next flight, the service staff even accompanied me to the airport to send me off. The pool area on the roof deck was awesome, offering a superb view of the nearby farm. I will be coming back here for layover during my return trip.

When I checked in, I found dust on the bed, which appeared to be tiny dead insects, likely due to the rainy season. The hotel should ensure the bed is dusted before a guest checks in. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues in the room, with some corners looking rundown.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed 2 nights, we arrived quite late the check in was very quick. The restaurant served a delicious varied menu for breakfast that changed in the 2 days we were there, we also dined there and found the menu excellent. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was big and comfortable and there was also a balcony. There is a rooftop pool that was a plus. It is a modern new hotel and it was the best hotel I stayed in during my short time in Kerala. Thanks for the hospitality Noah Sky Suites.

There really isn't anything that I could complain about.

Great location for the airport, welcoming staff, clean accomodation. Could not fault it. Great food and a great packed breakfast as we had an early flight. We would stay again thank you.

Our Tuc Tuc driver could not find the hotel and the booking.com directions were incorrect. A call to the hotel resolved the issue. The hotel has an infinity pool under construction on the roof. It apparently will be completed in a couple of weeks. It was not advertised for us so is not a complaint. The staff were a little too attentive during our evening meal (great food) but that seems to be a “thing” in some places we have been to in India and is not a complaint, just an observation.

I booked 10 suites for foreign guests who came for the wedding of my son in India. I think the property opened only a months ago, so none of my Kochi contacts knew of the place, as I booked it from the USA, going just by booking.com. I was simply blown away by how terrific it is, and so were all the USA/Taiwan/Korea friends who went there with me (so this is a single review for 26 people!). It felt absolutely like a five-star hotel, with how spacious, clean and well-appointed the suites were. Clean sheets, great bed and pillows, clean bathroom, extensive breakfast spread. Big living room, with sofas good to sleep on. First thing - the helpful and polite staff. Even the guy who brought complimentary fruits/cookies to every room soon after check-in was well-trained and spoke perfect English. Most helpful was the manager/owner, a lady who was on top of everything (I am sorry I forgot her name). She called the chef in, discussed a menu with us, and set up a 15-tray western-menu buffet dinner for 26 guests in 1.5 hours after I asked at 6 pm. I am not sure how they did that at $10 per person. She also called around and found a really good Ayurveda massage spot and driver/car to take 10 guests in pairs the next morning. They extended one room's check-out to 5 pm for free, just to let 6 couples go to 3 afternoon massage sessions. They truly went out of their way to help the guests. Though farthest among the hotels on the road from the National Highway, it was still only a 5 min airport ride. The shuttles were prompt. The hot breakfast was wonderful (both western and Indian - bread, toast, sausages, eggs, cereal, yogurt, poori, dosa, boiled plantains etc). The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner also, as there is no eating place within a quick walking distance, but they have a good international menu. The place is flawless.

Nothing that I didn't like. There was no iron in the room but they said they can bring one (I suggested leaving a note in the room that irons are available on request)

This is the best combination of value and good quality hotel I have ever stayed in. And I’ve travelled a lot and I expect reasonable standards. Didn’t have time to try facilities but wouldn’t have hesitated based on room and guest areas. + Convenient + Clean + Excellent breakfast for inclusive price + Very helpful staff + Good selection of bathroom amenities for 1 night stop + Free airport shuttle in well appointed vehicle - flight noise can be distracting - no local shops or facilities if you wanted to walk out for meals or amenities Neither of these bothered us for the 1 night convenience stay.

I liked that the front desk staff accommodated me with my requests. The check in was a breeze. The hotel gives a very comforting feeling. Rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing, there were touches of continental and Indian cuisine. Didn't have a chance to sample the dinner or restaurant menu, but the food looked delicious and the prices are reasonable. We were surprised with complimentary fruit plate on arrival. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
