Lovely beach, deck chairs and nice bar. The informal restaurant (not the sunset grille) was nice and the pizza was nice.

The Sunset Grille - it’s supposed to be fine dining but the service is awful. Our (tepid) main course was plonked down immediately after our starter plates were taken away, leaving no time between courses. Clearly the mains were ready far too early and had been standing out. Immediately after our mains we were brought the cheque when we didn’t even ask for it! Plus the waitress had forgotten to bring a drink we had ordered. Very disappointing. It also wasn’t just our waitress; all the waitresses at the sunset grille seemed to be disinterested and entitled. We also felt the prices were unjustifiably high

This resort was very clean, comfortable and the decor was cheery and tropical. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the ladies at the front desk gave heplful info on things to do and how to get there. The view from our room was gorrrgeous!!! All in all, it was a great stay and we can't wait to go back again!!

Nothing....everything was amazing!

When we got there we showed up at 10pm because our flight was delayed. Not only did they upgrade our room but they kept the restaurant open long enough so we could grab some food before we went to our room.

I'm not a fan of the half glass in the shower. It lets a draft in and let's water splash out.

Close to beach! Great bar, good food. This was a little hidden gem and we had a wonderful time.

Nothing, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and everything was perfect. The front desk staff was amazing as well as their customer service.

All meals were delicious! The servers were also very friendly. Rooms were cleaned well once a day--even dishes that we had left in the sink! The views were perfect, and the pool was a beautiful, quiet break from the beach.

The mattress was too soft for us, and the shower drain was extremely slow (and was not fixed during our stay). Not that it was in anyone's control, but roosters were quite loud before dawn! :)

It was incredible beautiful weather large place but very expensive for 3 days I would love to be able to enjoy this place for longer periods if we could get a good deal on a two week basis it just two expensive for my budget on SOS

The beach 🏖 I never got to see the pool thus trip was to busy tacking care of my sister she's disabled ♿ I was just to tired 😴

The property was wonderful. From the snorkeling to the food to the friendly staff. This beat my expectations by far. Best kept secret on the island in my book. 10 out of 10!!!

I can’t think of anything bad at all. If I had to pick something I would say I got bit by mosquitoes one night on the balcony of my room but then I wore bug spray and it wasn’t a problem.

Limited food/menu options; lots of stairs to access rooms; dated decor-rooms needs a facelift- promo pictures do not represent actual rooms; low water pressure, dated shower head; old style toilets and seats. A la carte breakfast vs buffet and not included in room rate

Everything was hilly because of terrain of the location.but is the nature of virgin island .St Thomas and other island around are the same but it was worth it . US virgin island is quite expensive to stay . So make sure you have a budget.
