Strategic location. We had our privacy. Very spacious

No utensils and no microwave oven. It's a apartment ,with the feelings of a home. At least provide microwave oven to heat up food.

Check in & check out machine super convenience. Parking lot just nice. 2 bedrooms apartment is good enough for 2 adult 2 kids under 12. Room is equipped with iron, iron board, hair dryer, hot tap water, towels, standing fan, window-mosquito-net. 5 minutes drive to Opah Strawberry & 8 minutes to Centrum Mall and McD

Cash deposit is required at check in machine. Would be better if accept debit card.

Spacious, good location, friendly staf. Ample parking. Nice view. Clean.

One of the rooms could not be used since it was smelly. The smell comes from thedamp wall. I think there is a leak somewhere. . The sponge for Washing the dishes was dirty. The cups were also not clean. The electric kettle for boiling water was also not clean.

The place is very convenient for older age people (as they have lift). This place have great view and the hot water/heater is function!

There is a bit dust over the furniture and bed which will triggered eczema skin

This is my second stay at this hotel. During this visit, I encountered an issue with a short circuit in the room. The customer service team was very helpful and promptly resolved the issue by arranging a room change for us. I’m very impressed with their excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you for the great hospitality!

1. The apartment A2 was spacious for the number of ppl we had. (8ppl) 2. It was overall clean and tidy except a few places to be looked into more delinquently. 3. Glad that it had a lift since we had elderly ppl. 4. Receptionists were helpful. 5. Beds were nice to sleep on.

1. There was an odour of cigarette smell in one of our rooms. Thought the units were NON-SMOKING. It was difficult to get rid of the smell. Since we did not have refreshers we had to ask for it from the front desk. I hope the management can ensure that no smoking inside is strictly imposed. 2. The bathroom hose in one room was leaking thus getting our pants wet. 3. The WC water pressure was slow to refill thus making it inappropriate to pass the toilet to the next user after using it. We had to ensure it flushed out properly 1st. This can be fixed if the refill happens faster. 4. There is thick dust on the bathroom door vents and door frame. 5. The vent/exhaust in the bathroom is sucking out air but it was dirty and one section of it was blowing air invert thus making it cold.

Room is spacious, clean and airy. The surrounding scenery is also very beautiful and quiet, there is a convenience store nearby. Cute staff enthusiastically support.

Read many comments complaining about the water heater and it's true, the machine only gets hot for about 3-5 minutes then gets very cold no matter how hard you try to adjust it, it's still very cold. Can you imagine with a temperature of 21 but taking a cold shower? I really, really don't like this! Please improve it.

Generally everything's was fine even though the 3 room.apartmrnt was quite old.

Kitchen doesn’t have equipments

it is hidden from the noisy part of cameron, and the room was super comfy and clean, the renovation has given the place an entire new look and feel to the hotel, the microwave and coway machine together with the sink located outside of the room eventho when it is shared among other rooms of the same level, i find it quite convenient and quite a thoughtful setup where i dont have any problem using it and they are all clean. the mattress and the design of the rooms are all very nice and comfortable for me and my parents as well.

the wifi speed can be a little bit better and in my case the wifi range is not that detected as i was on the third floor, hope that they can extend it a little. maybe they can give a spare card as some unit like mine where there will be two party staying and it is quite hard for us to arrange our timing if we want to go out or etc, maybe also increase the parking and reserve a lot per unit as i find it hard to find a parking spot at night.
