The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is at the centre of Chakan and close to shops. As a muslim traveller, halal restaurants were available nearby with plenty of options. They even bought us a new iron. Communication was very easy as all of them were very fluent in English. Even the manager came over to meet us to get some feedbacks. We ended up extended for almost 15 days.

The hotel is very new, so expect some imperfections. Very far from Pune town with not much entertainment for foreigners. Payment via international card is not available, so you have to pay via Booking or carry cash.

The Hotel was really very nice and comfortable. Also the staffs were very humble and co-operative. The food was having limited options but good quality and good taste. And the best part was the hierarchies (Mr Adarsh Shetty) was personally involved and were looking after the things minutely. He was also very supportive.

Very clean and tidy, food is excellent, Very honest staff. Because I fergot my charger which I got back.

Hotel Grand Sarovar is newly establish property in prime location of chakan. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very polite. Recommend to stay. Thanks to the grand sarovar team for lovely stay.

I had booked standard room by booking.com. i selected room No 602 but at the time of check- in, they shifted me in room No 401. Wi-Fi poor network if you are booking room for international meeting or interview. They charged 300 Rs extra. My meeting got cancelled because of network issue. I paid 2800 rs for a night.

I have paid approx. 4900/day for 5 days including tax. but if you will go directly at this property the per day charges are very less including tax, with compare to booking .com, the booking .com are charging approx. 40% higher cost per day basis.

Rooms are good neat and clean, food is having a great taste but again like Asian starter contains lots of oil in it. Thai curry is having a salty taste.

Rooms and other facilities are not according to the price they are very much overpriced and according to the money there is very less breakfast option, servers awareness is not upto the mark in restaurant there is no server to attend the guest at the meeting point have to call them and tell them that I'm staying in this room. There is no in room dining menu in the room have to the restaurant to ask to provide the menu for the in room dining. No dental kitchen provided. I not feel that the property meet such standards at this value for money. Please don't book rooms on overprice if you not able to provide such standards. Again at the time of checkout there is no one on the desk have to find the guy where he is.
