The front desk staff member was very cordial. It was a last minute reservation. Mr. Rajkumar from the hotel called me immediately after I booked and explained how to get to the hotel and helped with the purpose of my visit (temple visit). Thank you Mr. Rajkumar. He also checked with me to find out if anything can be made better in the hotel. The property is very close to the temple which makes it very convenient to visit.

I know the restaurant is getting ready. It helps, if there is restaurant on site.

Neat clean rooms and helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent location.

Food was a challenge. As we had to look for good, hygienic vegetarian restaurants nearby . It was a challenge. In-house food facilities will be helpful for the guests.

Room size..car parking ( maybe because no marriage when we stayed) Reasonably clean.

Wifi was very poor... Local tv channels not available..Ants in rest room...operating from Kalyan mantap 2nd floor..A basic kettle with stock of coffee/tea powder would help.

TV was there but no use as all channels claimed not able to access satellite. ( no live subscription? ). In the bathroom there were no place to hang any towel or dry clothes. Simple things but didn’t help missing them.

I didn’t have breakfast, regarding the location it was really fantastic and I never expected this type of classy hotel in Tiruvarur. Really enjoyed my stay in your “V Mahal”.

Nothing to say in particular digitally can do better ( TV & Wi-Fi and other related stuff).

Clean and good room

No good hotels nearby. Need to travel atleast 10 min by vehicle for food. But nearby eatery can help if you dont look for lavish dining experience.

Being situated very near the Temple and the Kamallayam Tank makes it a wondeful place to stay and enjoy the Divine bliss.

Parking space needs improvement.

We did take breakfast. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Near the temple. Good location.

Nice Location and rooms are well maintained.Walkable distance to Thyagaraja temple. Had an excellent stay at hotel.

It will be better to arrange refreshments like coffee and tea with kettle.

It is near to a Hindu temple. It is nearly built with modern room facilities.

It does not provide breakfast. However, there are many food shops within a few yards.
