We have stayed in 4 Fairfield by Marriott hotels now. The staff are always helpful and the facilities suit our requirements. Price is reasonable and we like to stay in the small towns.

We had a lot of trouble using the washing machine because of the app you use . We down loaded it and went through the process several times but it still didn’t work. It was frustrating and we were exhausted after being out sight seeing all day. In the end we called the staff member and she actually used her credit card and we repaid her with cash. We have a Japanese bank account so it wasn’t a card issue.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a short stay. The room size is huge by Japan standards and it is great value for money. Laundry room and communal kitchen facilities are fantastic.

Not much choice for food in the area as everything seems to close very early. There is a supermaket nearby so not a huge issue but don't expect to be going out for dinner

We enjoyed a lot the huge rooms (compared to other hotels in Japan), the size of the bed and the good quality of the mattress & pillows, the nice decoration, the friendly and English speaking staff, the free parking lot, the pleasant rest area to gather with the family, the great location in Odai. We recommend 100%

Since I was here for work, I cannot say much about the location in terms of touristic appeal. But it is located in a beautiful mountain area! Beautiful, clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Located next to a supermarket, which is convenient to grab a few snacks. Reception staff were all so nice !

This Hotel was an unexpected find. Very comfortable and spacious room and very accommodating staff. This is a good base to make day trips to Ise and further south .

A clear respite from the standard japanese, rather dull business rooms, this hotel offers large, esthetically appealing, cleverly designed rooms for an equally reasonable price. Staff are also highly professional and courteous.

New, clean and specious. We had connected rooms for family of 4. It was perfect for us. And there is a supermarket nearby to get dinner or breakfast.

Staff were SUPER helpful !! Rooms are well designed, spotlessly clean and super comfortable! The downstairs lounge is a comfy spot to kick back with coffee and tea.

beautifully laid out, clean, well designed, room is so comfortable, I wish there were so many more of these hotels all over Japan, this is my first time staying at Fairfield by Marriott and this specific location is fantastic.

Great location near the train station and supermarket. The parking lot is enough to park 10-20 cars
