booking was easy since they can be booked online and you can cancel your booking few days before your travel date without any payments. The staff were really friendly, i lost my card and they guide me through the process of making new one, the room is clean and well equipped with basic necessities for a hotel. overall quite a good experience for its price.

main lobby entrance is close after 12am - 6am. Should be ok but kind a hard to get in for a staying in customers because i came back to the hotel around 12:30PM due to some emergency issue but the card scanner at the door was thought to be unlock with my room card but its just a bell to inform the staff to open the door which they are rarely available after 12am.

The location is fantastic and a good place to stay! It's strategically located just opposite the old airport, making it incredibly convenient for those attending events like the Bintulu Kite Festival. Additionally, the location is within walking distance of key places like Maybank, Everwin, ECO, and PUB (Pasar Utama Bintulu), which was a huge plus for me.

The only downside was that the room did not have a mini fridge, which would have been useful during my 5-day and 4-Nights stay. It would be great if this amenity could be added in the future!

Great value for money, have been here multiple times. Spacious room for the price. All basic amenities provided. Location wise also great and safe.

Nothing major. Just a few lights were blinking in the room. But I'm not bothered by it and just switched it off. Got a call by maintenance to repair it after check-in but I said no need as I was only staying for 1 night. The reception was a bit confusing because they seem to be having a renovation but all the process was smooth so no problem.

The price is good, the basics are clean and everything is there, but it can be improved.

For individuals, there is no convenience store nearby and you need to drive to a convenience store in the opposite area. It would be better if the hotel lobby could provide some food or sell simple food or drinks.

Just booked this hotel the day before coming to Bintulu (urgently) because of the recent review from customer, and luckily i fall in love with this hotel. Super big room, suits me, my husb and my baby (1y9m) room was clean and smells so good. The shower room floor also clean, no sticky feeling at all. They gave us toothbrush and comb! With only rm60 i can sleep like rm150 hotel room. I never regret staying here, will definitely staying here again for next trip to bintulu!

Very privacy, cosy,large room and fit my purposes. A good stay. Not far from city center.

Nothing much at night in the vicinity. Private transportation is advisable. Staffs manning the counter were helpful but not very friendly.

Cleanliness of the room is excellence. All items are placing accordingly. If laundy bag is provided would be great.

The aircond is facing towards bed. Found it slightly difficult to ge to sleep with aircond's air blowing towards face.

Everything nice! They improve a lot as other guests complained keep complained/review about bad smell at lobby area & water pressure. Luckily, my family and i didnt experienced it.

Butttt, my towel has something on it, like a stain or idk. They need to improve their hygiene.
