It was a well appointed little suite and very comfortable. There is a wonderful restaurant next door that isn’t associated with the hotel where you can have a great breakfast. Just be aware they aren’t open Monday and Tuesday! I wasn’t told this when I checked in so I had to Uber somewhere else for 2 mornings as there is nothing else around for breakfast. The lady who checked me in was nice, but seemed in a rush and didn’t give me this vital piece of information when I asked specifically about breakfast. I had to ask. I never saw her nor anyone else in the office the rest of the time I was there. So the hotel is cute and close to the beach but could use a little better customer service.

The facility feels warm and friendly. The restaurants were very good and the staff was excellent. The pool was a perfect temperature. The access to the beach was easy. The availability of bikes to use was a welcome bonus. The espresso in rooms was a nice upgrade compared to the usual terrible hotel coffee. I have to say my favorite thing was botanical landscaping. While on location you felt truly peaceful and escaped. You felt a million miles from the drab monochromatic hotels that litter our landscapes.

The only thing I would suggest is better community beach chairs. It seems ridiculous to say as I was gracious to have chairs to use.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It really felt like a private bed and breakfast inn. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was delivered in a small basket to enjoy in our room. Our little balcony was a nice place to sit and overlooked the pool. Only comment we'd make is that the food on site was very expensive. We went to the Shell bar for happy hour and got the pork belly appetizer-it consisted of two 1" x 1" cubes and was $19! While excellent that pricing was steep for two bites. Our suggestion would be to enjoy the room and property but plan on meals elsewhere. The room had a fridge, microwave and many plates, bowls, and utensils so we ordered in a couple times too as well and enjoyed meals offsite and brought our leftovers back to enjoy later.

Food pricing in comparison to portion sized was quite skewed. Plan on meals elsewhere and just enjoy the property.

Immaculate. Lots of tropical foliage. Well lit. Quiet. Over the top clean. Amy was accommodating and gave me a tour of the property. Loved the pool. The room I had was plenty for one person. There are several restaurants around, if you prefer not to eat on site.it is a French restaurant, but quite pricey. That said, I would love to have tried the crêperie, but it was closed while I was there.

The coffee/ espresso maker was challenging to use. Amy warned me about that. My particular coffee maker did not work, so one of the girls who cleans came and switched it out after I tried to make coffee for several minutes. Also,the coffee capsule goes in sideways. I would never have figured that out, lol. And the beach is quite a walk on a narrow path. 3 minutes. I found it easier to get in the car and drive down the street a half a block to the south Beach entrance at the park.

Everything went perfect from start to finish. Property Manager was friendly, pleasant, informative, and never said, no. Restaurant was exquisite. Room was kept in perfect condition by housekeeping staff. Breakfast basket was unexpected and had nearly everything. Havana Nights Piano Bar always fun. Other guests were friendly, conversational, and enjoyable. Pool was terrific. Great little hotel to enjoy getting away from it all, but location not too far off the beaten path to get to enjoy local attractions & shops in minutes. Caribbean Court purely top-notch!! Great memories!! Will Return!!

Leaving was the only bad part.

Nice Hotel with lots of character. I was able to meet some people and noticed that the unique antique furniture in my room was different from other rooms which gave them a lot of character and nostalgia. The staff were great and cordial, the paint bar is lots of fun, specially during the weekends. Don't forget to ask for the carrot cake, best of the best. Also, there is a very good non chain Italian restaurant two minute walk from the hotel with great authentic Italian food. Parking is ample, the only problem is the walk to the beach during the summer is a bit to long and hot but it's a walk, no need to drive which is a plus. Looking forward to returning some time soon.

Hard find what not to like, the boutique name is valid, it has a lot of Miami Coral Gables feel to it, it may look old but it's appropriate for what they offer.

I like the plants, they gave a pleasant and cooling ambience to the whole place. Plus a sense of privacy. The breakfast in the outside area was very nice. Food was excellent, coffee delicious and the wait staff was kind and quick to serve.

I didn't like that the staff was never in the office to check in, to ask questions or to check out. There is a sign with a phone number to call if now one is present, but the voice mail was full which left no chance of getting a hold of someone or leaving a message.

Boutique style, nice and clean, beautifully landscaped pool area and gardens

On the Booking.com website, it stated that “a complimentary, made to order breakfast is available to guests”. This was not the case. We were offered no breakfast box on the first morning either, but told that a breakfast box would be available the next morning?, but by then we made other arrangements to eat breakfast elsewhere, as we were offered no compensation for failure to provide breakfast on the first morning.

We LOVE the Caribbean Court and have stayed there many times. This visit we didn't have our dog and stayed in a fabulous room on the second floor with a balcony for two that was surrounded by lovely trees and foliage. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the decor was charming. All of the facilities were sparkling clean. The hotel is right across the street from a very wonderful wide, unspoiled beach. The local restaurants (next door) are excellent. It's a little paradise!

The property feels very private and well taken care of. There is a lot of mature plants and trees around the property. Our room was very comfortable and included a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Bed and pillows were so comfortable! The room was clean and included comforts such as robes, fluffy towels, water bottles and a breakfast basket delivered to our room each morning.

The property is located across the street from the beach and it is a bit of a walk to get to the shore. But the property provides beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach along with bikes to go for a ride.
