We stayed in 3bed villa. Location, facilities & staff were great. Putu our villa manager was wonderful and there for our every need. They pre arranged our scooters and brought in fans as needed. Our cook made the best banana pancakes each morn. The rooms spacious. Bathrooms semi outdoor. We liked that we could park our scooters right outside our door and have a private driveway to our villa. Very close to eat street Seminyak but far enough away to be quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. This is one of the better villas we’ve stayed in, been many many times.

Pool depth was shallow the entire way, no deep end which is odd. One of the air cones broke during our stay but staff arranged for it to be fixed right away. No one liked the pillows, too thick. But these things didn’t hinder our stay.

Amazing property and amazing staff. Enjoyed every bit of it. Wish we could stay longer. Definitely going to come back again and again and recommend to all my friends

The property was well located, and very quiet in seminyak. The staff were amazing, always tending to our needs. There was a full butler service and staff would make our breakfast fresh in front of us. I can’t praise them enough. It was v comfortable and luxurious and value for money. The staff were always on hand to book trips and make arrangements for us and guide us as well as make coffees etc.

We went in March and unfortunately it was very hot and very humid. I think this is normal for March to April in Bali. As a result the living room area and kitchen was always warm and peak daytime uncomfortable so we had to sit sometimes in the bedrooms as only they had AC.

We loved the location, staff and their attentiveness. We enjoyed the option of in house dining for breakfast and all other meals and the wide selection offered. Along with the cocktails for the happy hour. The breakfast cooked in your own villa was lovely. Our butler Surya was brilliant. He never missed any attention to detail from refilling shower gel, to fresh pool towels if we was out for the day, to replacing mosquito spray (which was also complimentary ) We particularly loved the turn down service too having bedroom blinds put down and the mosquito coils lit ready for the evening. Our garden was well maintained and immaculate,ALL the staff were so friendly, happy and discret. The villa was situated in a perfect location walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars but not so close that you any noise at night.

The kitchen needed a fan or ideally AC and was a little tired. The sofas could also do with upgrading as they dipped a little when sat on.

Villa (Palm 1) is spacious,private and peaceful. Well maintained garden and good sized pool. Excellent location with lots of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Staff are fabulous! They are friendly, helpful and discreet and will go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We were fortunate enough to have Wi looking after us and couldn’t have asked for better service. Serene Villas catered for us on Nyepi Day and took time to share about this important day. This was our second stay and we will return. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Every morning we were cooked a beautiful breakfast and given ideas of where we should visit and how far everything was from the villa. The rooms were spacious and always kept tidy daily and anything we needed was truly a phone call away. The villa was conveniently near the markets, tattoo studios, cafés/restaurants and much more! A special thank you to Wi, Gede and Adi for making the trip such a dream for all of us, and a thank you to all of the staff for keeping everything so tidy; you all made this trip very memorable. We will definitely return. Highly recommend!!

Walking up to the reception while listening to the gentle bamboo leave rustling alongside was indeed serene. Once there, we were greeted by such warmth and hospitality while we were lead to our villa. The villa is spacious with ensuite aircon rooms. Our Butler Surya was excellent, cooks well and made sure we were well looked after. I am still missing the breakfast he prepared! The villa is cleaned daily and whatever needed is just a call away. There are many good restaurants and massage just 10 minutes by walk or by Grab if further. Thank you to the team!

Having an open space, mosquitoes and insects are your alien friend. A hanger for hand tower is recommended so it is nicely hung up…I believe there are past recommendations as well.. so to the management, will you take this up? The living area can be brighter… maybe led strips along the ceiling by the tv and kitchen entrance helps.

Great breakfast and service nothing was a problem staff very accommodating. We had meals both lunch and dinners in house really good selection both western and local cuisine on offer. Location was great, easy walk to restaurants shops, supermarket, etc.

The hard bed - think that this really needs replacing could feel the springs very uncomfortable. Our pool was growing quite a bit of algae around the water line on pool wall, never saw anyone come in and clean it in the 8 days we were there, however the water clarity was all good.
