The room, bathroom, kitchen and terrace were big and spacious. Bed comfortable. In my room the whole area including the kitchen and dining table was my personal which i like. They have a restaurant in the accomodation which serves good food at cheap prices and there's an option for breakfast too which i took, it was good, they provide one of the food dishes and juice, coffee for breakfast. I had nasi goreng on almost all days. The pool area was really nice, much needed after a day out so i enjoyed that. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They have free entry to 3 beaches, i went to one of them through their shuttle service which was great. They provide good laundry service at a cheap price. Wifi was working well for my zoom meetings etc so that was good as I'm working from my laptop.

The maintenance can definitely be better. When I checked in, the bathroom sink had some hair and some insect stains on the bathtub, hence i never used it. In the kitchen there was a dirty sponge kept. So despite the good spacious area it didn't feel so good overall. The lighting in the room gets pretty dull at night, in daytime obviously not meeded because of the sun So yeah if they maintain it better this accommodation would be a great choice for people in this budget

Location is quite far from the main activities, it can be a bit annoying to drive 30 min in the traffic at night to come back from the sunset sometimes but for the price is great! The place could use a bit of fresh paint, and if you get a room close to the reception you hear the road but nothing major

Family house needs a few more pieces of cutlery and glasses. Just asked the staff and they gave them to us so no big problem.

The Front desk Staff were so friendly and efficient! They got me into my last-minute booking immediately, and I was surprised by how BIG my spotless room was! There was a full kitchen, the shower and commode were in separate rooms, so I didn't have to sit on a wet throne to go, and the bed was so big I needed a compass to find my way out... 😀 😅 I had lunch enjoying a yummy sate, free water, and a refrigerator filled with a variety of beverages before I hit the sparkling, clean, Delft Blue Pool. I'm a Water Aerobics teacher from Santa Cruz, California, so I started the music and got down to it... a Lovely Moslem family joined me and their 6 year old splashed and played while his full water burka'd grandma joined in to do the moves with me! Her daughter took videos from their poolside porch. I had a great sleep, and then Wayan, the owner, took me to Pandawa Beach in the free shuttle where I swam, body surfed and made lots of new friends 🧡. I love this place so much I booked it for a MONTH! I had to return to Amed, where I've lived for 2 months to retrieve some belongings, so Wayan arranged a lovely driver for a really good price, we left at 6 am and it only took 3 hours to get there! She was prompt and gave me a language lesson while we laughed, and I chatted with her children on FaceTime. When I return in two weeks I'll have an beautiful apartment in the back of the property with my own walled in courtyard, outdoor kitchen and toilet for parties, Big bedroom, shower, separate commode and a HUGE BATHTUB!!! I'm dreaming of candle lit bubble baths with glasses of 🍷🥂...The Best part...I have a rooftop Patio with a 360* View all the way to the Sea!!! I may sleep up there.. Definitely bbqing...I give Pandawa Homestay 10 stars, a big 🫂 🤗 and my personal guarantee you'll have the time of your LIFE!!!

A very welcoming hotel, I felt like I was at home. Actually better)) The personnel is very friendly & helpful. They are always positive & make you enjoy - enjoy the tasty homemade food, enjoy fresh juices etc. If you want to go to the beach - they bring you to the beach & back, if you want laundry or cleaning - here you are. The food is tasty & homemade (my choice is national balinese dish Gado-Gado, mmm) and good money, as well as the price for beet is better than in the supermarket)) And you are granted drinking water 1.5 litres a day! The location for the retreat is amazing - it is quiet, rural, so native! This is the most quiet place in the area,no discos, no shops. When you go to Pandawa beach - you tet-a-tet with the ocean. Just you and the ocean. (Ask the personnel to bring you to the quiet beach). And the stars at night are just amazing - they are grand, big & abundant. A good place for work, if you have to. Good energy & the inspiring atmosphere. The owner, Waienn, is very efficient, punctual & caring for his guests. So all the personnel are following his example. There is a gym 100 meters away, if you are interested. A good hotel.

The stay was value for money. The staff very very helpful. We arrived at 2.30 at night and Arya was kind enough to provide information. If you stay at this property you get free entrance/ parking to pandawa beach/ tanah barak and nang payung beach which was very nice. We lost their key by mistake, but they were kind enough to not charge extra.

The breakfast could be better. The pool could be bigger. . The room was pretty basic. The distance from the city center was Lil more and quite dark at night. But the overall experience was value for money.

Really good value for money for a nice clean and quiet swimming pool. Location is ok but only if you have a moped (can hire for 75K/day easily at the homestay), as no shops or restaurants very close by. The food at the homestay is very very cheap and nice. Rooms and air con good

WiFi not great, location not ideal but fine with a moped. Lots of millipedes in the room. Rooms come with a stove but it is in the bathroom which is a bit weird and the sponge needed replacement

Great value for the money, quiet and pretty, big room, fridge, even toothpaste provided together with soap and shampoo, AC well working, small kitchen as well as part of the toilet. The stuff were really nice, I’m a vegetarian so I had special meal requests and they provided for which I’m very grateful. They also organised transport for me by car or motorbike, and gave me as their guest 10% cheaper price than what Grab is showing. I think that was a very nice personal touch. They provide water refill which is also nice. Pool was also nice. Small shop next door.

Since I don’t ride a motorbike, it was expensive to move around. They organise at certain times transfer to Pandawa Beach, but this takes away spontaneity, you can’t walk to the beach. Beach was not my cup of tea, but could be due to the weather conditions. It is on the big road and not much to do there unless you ride a scooter. I ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights since this location was good starting point from where to visit Uluwatu temple and Vishnu Garuda Cultural Center.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, toiletries are provided. The two pools are nice. The food is ver affordable. It’s a nice place to stay and relax.

There is not much going on around the property, there is a restaurant/skateboard place nearby nice but pricey! The food at the property is affordable but be prepared to wait for 45mins to an hour for it.
