Location great and staff all very friendly. Wellness area was clean, spacious and modern. Rooms fairly basic but comfortable.

Breakfast needs work - concentrate fruit juices is just plain BAD. Egg boiler not hot enough and selection of hot cooked options poor. The shower door design in the room looks impressive but in practice is pretty useless. Toilet, bidet AND toilet hose seems pretty overkill to me?

Great, cauzy, heart-welcoming hotel with kind and welcoming stuff, family atmosphere and great location. Spa was superb and relaxing and we could enjoy it almost only by ourselves because of pre-season period 😇 Excellent breakfast, nice playroom (with snooker and hand-football), covered garage, easy walk to main gondola in La Thuile. Great Dahu pizzeria is next door 😎 A-priori - we were also pleasantly surprised by the fact that the hotel uses geothermal energy for heating: The Hotel Boton d’Or is the first hotel in the Aosta Valley to use a geothermal heating system: thanks to 30 water sources developed at a depth of 150m. below the hotel, the temperature of the earth is transformed into heating and hot water.

The only drawback is WiFi - it was really bad - low reception level and frequent 'no internet connection' 😟

Everything! The pictures don’t do it justice at all. Our hotel stay was an absolute joy! The boot room was clean, fresh, spacious and with plentiful seating and a short walk to the main lift. Indoor parking was spacious. The spa facilities were an added bonus with so much space to relax - which we only shared once with two others.

The only downside was slow wi-fi in some areas

All staff approachable friendly and helpfull. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast excellent with huge choice. Large gym and relaxation room too.

We have spent amazing week in this hotel: clean spacious and modern rooms with huge bathrooms, underground parking, ski room with heated rack for boots, but most importantly - fantastic staff which was extremely helpful and welcoming!

it is about 100 meters walk to cableway which is not a problem, but could be a bit challenging with small kids

Great hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms very clean & comfortable. Showers in bathrooms great but the shower cubicles are very small. Nice selection at breakfast and hotel is in a great location for ski lifts.

Hotel is B&B only. La Thuile is now swamped with Package holiday British skiers on B&B too or self catering and the few local restaurants simply cannot cope.

No restaurant for dinner, however restaurant externally is right next door

Wifi didn't reach the bedroom but 4G was strong

Location excellent. Room spotless.

WiFi was not available in the bedroom. Was available in the reception area but very slow. This way my only complaint.
