Our stay at Soul Boutique Hotel was fantastic. This hotel is in the new Phu Quoc Waterfront Marina Complex. The staff were friendly and eager to assist at all times. The room was clean, very comfortable and just as depicted in the pictures with beach towels, beach bag, thongs and an umbrella provided in each room to use during the stay. Complimentary jar of biscuits in the room and vouchers for ice cream on arrival as there is a small ice cream parlour next to reception. There’s also a play zone with futsal and table tennis. Breakfast is provided at the nearby Sailing Club Beach Bar (2 minute walk) and was fantastic. Al a carte choice of Vietnamese and Western food. You could choose up to 2 dishes and 3 drinks each for breakfast. The beach in front of the Sailing Club was very clean with sun beds, a bar, and there was inflatable play equipment in the water and jet skis to rent. For a pool you can swim at the Sailing Club Beach Club, catch the free shuttle to the Sailing Club Signature Resort or swim in the 3 pools which are part of the Marina Complex. At the Marina Complex there are a few restaurants to eat at and a small night market. We used the free bikes from the hotel to ride to the larger Sonasea night market about 2km away. Otherwise short Grab ride to centre of town. There’s a fire show each night at 8pm in front of the Sailing Beach Club. Highly recommend staying here if want to be in a quieter place with great beach.

Nothing we loved it.

Room was very trendy (loved the beach towels and beach tote), bed was comfy, and staff friendly. Breakfast at the sailing club was amazing - we each got to choose one main and up to three drinks. If we finished our mains we could order another. Pho was amazing. The pools at the Sailing Club were clean, well maintained, and the right temperature. Food at the poolside restaurant was great too - highly recommend the shrimp oil pasta. We loved having access to the Sailing Club while staying at Soul Boutique - super good value for money. We also loved getting to borrow a bike for up to three hours, and we went to TR Mart nearby on it.

Room was a tad bit small. While there was buggy service to and fro the Sailing Club main premises, there was only one per hour. It might make sense to make that on call or at least one every half-hour. It wasn’t that big of a deal for us because we rode bikes but it might be troublesome for people who prefer not to get on a bike. On foot getting to Sailing Club seems to take 20+ minutes.

Access to the Sailing Club facilities, ( check out Sailing Club website ) especially the beach pool and restaurant. Beautiful beach. Complimentary bicycles and nicely paved beach path. Nightly poolside fire dance show was entertaining. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. Small night market restaurants within walking distance.

Housekeeping was a little disappointing, nothing serious, but I think the staff could be better trained. A little remote but peaceful oasis, lots of empty buildings, Grab rides were readily available. Got little stinging (sea lice) swimming off the beach. None of these are a deal breaker.

The space was basically brand new and we had an view of the ocean from our terrace. Breakfast was amazing and we were able to get beach chairs easily. We didn't even go to the 2nd pool area. Some people said the walk to breakfast was long in the reviews, but it is literally less than 2 minutes on a beautiful path you would walk further on a larger resort.

Nothing - amazing stay! We did the squid fishing tour from the brochure at the hotel. Not ideal and would not recommend more time in transport/waiting than on the boat and no one caught a squid on the whole boat so people generally felt it was a bit of trap. This was not part of the hotel amenities, but as a result of staying there we booked it.

The receptionist called Andre is really hot ngl, very considerate and professional. Good looking, good service and even better biceps, a must see view at Phu Quoc Island and this hotel. Pls normalize the fact we need more beautiful creatures who are easy on the eyes.

The rooms were modern, well designed, clean and safe. The facilities were shared with another hotel, so for example the gym was 1km away. The facilities were great, just felt an effort to use them and the hotel did not make it clear what we could and couldn’t use within the cost. The beach and local pool did not have enough sun loungers. There was room for more so I dont understand why this didn’t happen. The staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent

The staff was absolutely incredible, they add 2 stars automatically to the score, Binh, andre, Thu and Hoa absoloutely great service everytime. Great and spacious even for the smallest room. Comfy bed , modern bathroom. The bicycle hiring is a nice touch, the beach is down the road, the breakfast by the sailing club is awesome.

Well, the construction noise. the building seems to almost be finished, so hopefully it'll be finished very soon.

Stayed here with a friend for 4 days and loved our stay! It’s very new, clean and stylish. The facilities (swimming pool, beach and breakfast) are not exactly at the hotel but a stone-throw away, so don’t let it stop you from booking it. The food was absolutely amazing. Will stay there again.

Nothing not to like! But a little suggestion of having more light source and towel hooks in the bathroom.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location just off the beach. The staff in the hotel were super helpful and always friendly.

The food down at the Sailing Club Beach restaurant was excellent and there was a variety of choice. However, the breakfast service in particular was very slow and we found that the restaurant staff were not overly attentive with taking orders / providing drinks.

Modern and new interior, with great accessories (huge towels, nice beach bag). This is a small boutique hotel, and its main selling point is being able to use the Sailing Club facilities - including the beachfront restaurant (breakfast was amazing!) with pool and the pristine beach in front of it! Lovely location. Really hope to return.
