The bus station is so close, very helpful for us as we had the super early bus to Torres Del Paine. The staff didn't speak English and our Spanish isn't good but we were able to communicate what we needed to. They made us a breakfast to take on our bus and gave us hot water for morning tea/coffee. We also paid to leave our backpacks, I think it was 8000 pesos for 4 nights (2 bags) and they were in our room when we arrived back after our hiking trip.

The whole b&b was so hot. We visited in April so it was a little chilly outside but the heating was on full. Unfortunately for us we were put in a room at the front where they've drilled the windows closed - I assume for security. So it took a while for our room to cool down once we turned the heat off.

The hostel was just two blocks from the bus station, ideal for us as we were staying in Puerto Natales for a quick stopover on the way to Santiago. It was incredibly warm and cosy, beds and communal areas were clean. WiFi worked well and staff were friendly. There were two large fluffy pillows per person and lots of blankets to stay warm. The heating overall was great. We had scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast, along with yoghurt, granola and fruit. The chocolate chip muffins were delicious! Each table in the communal area upstairs was set out with bread (sealed in a bag), utensils etc so you could choose a table at a time convenient for you.

There was no milk at breakfast for cereal, tea or coffee. The towel rail in the bathroom kept breaking off the wall and the floor in the bathroom was extremely slippery when wearing socks or if it got wet. Just be careful when walking there. Also note that all of the rooms and the breakfast area are upstairs. This was absolutely fine for us but may not be suitable for some people with disabilities.

Excellent boutique hostel, comfortable beds, simple cozy rooms albeit small, but clean and within walking distance to the bus station. Simple continental breakfast and will provide you with a box breakfast if required.  All the staff are very friendly, kind and very helpful. No English spoken, but lots of smiles, patience and a translation app facilitated communication. Specifically, Maria spent considerable time assisting us to book an airport transfer for the next morning. We were exhausted from a 3 day trek in adverse conditions, and felt anxious and energy depleted. I will never forget her kindness and patience.  We're 55-65 yr, but I had to convince my travel companions to try a hostel for the first time and Arte Brisa Hostal Boutique did not disappoint.  Highly recommended.

Lovely stay. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed before going to Torres del Paine NP. The staff put together a vegetarian breakfast that we could take with us on the bus to Torres del Paine in the morning (we departed very early).

The walls are a bit on the thin side and we could hear people arriving very late in the night, which wasn't great as we had to get up very early for a 7am bus

well positioned, very cluse to bus terminal, clean, good beds, nice breakfast, good Internet (within TdP area thee is almost no mobile/Internet network) great host - Maria - you could leave stuff with them if you plan to hike in TdP. Maria even had camp gas tanks for sale - quite useful! Couple of restaurants around - 5/10 min walking, if you arrive late afternoon in PNatales and plan to leave early morning to TdP park - this is the accommodatioj!

Although the staff did only speak Spanish, they put a lot of effort in making us comfortable and fulfilling our needs. When you are doing a daytrip to Torres del Paine early in the morning they prepare a lunchbox to take your breakfast with you. The room was cleaned every day.

The hostal is located near to the bus station, which is very convenient when you are coming into Puerto Natales by bus (5min walk). However, the city centre and all restaurants are a bit further away, on a 20 minute walk.

great location (4 min walk from bus stop!). staff very friendly. had an early breakfast for me in fridge in room for early bus departure at 6:45AM night before. easy to find.

if you are a light sleeper, might be a little tough. they do request quiet hours from 10p-7a that are posted. the shower has a large step up (would not be good for mobility impaired but otherwise fine).

Convenient location, 5min walk from the bus station. We checked in late and hadn’t even realized that the hostel provides breakfast. Since we were leaving early in the morning to catch a bus, they packed breakfast for us to have in our rooms, including a thermos with hot water to make coffee.

The room we stayed in had a very high step to the shower - it wasn’t an issue for our group but may be difficult for someone with limited mobility.

We stayed here before leaving for the W trek and after completing the trek. It is conveniently less than a 5 minute walk from the bus station and still walkable to the center of the town. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even packed us a breakfast the morning we left for the W trek since we were leaving before breakfast was going to be served.

Nothing to complain about, it exceeded expectations.
