Everything was perfect. Staff ( especially Higo) were extremely nice and helpful. Nice touch eith the welcome drink at the rooftop bar! Bartender( Carolina) made excellent drinks!

The hotel is small with a small lobby but cozy . The location is good with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance . The rooms are big enough for a short 2-3 days of stay. There is no elevator but staff are helpful and friendly. Everything is efficient- booking taxi and box lunch. Staff gave us good recommendations on eating places. The price is good. It is close to a beautiful lake - walk two blocks.

The breakfast is not as good as other hotels of similar price. Breads didn’t seem to be freshly made. Eggs are watery. Juices taste artificial. In addition, the glass partition between bedroom and bathroom is a piece of glass, offers little privacy.

Everything was excellent. The staff were professional and kind, they remembered us and followed up (how was the hike? How was the resturant?) and offered great food and activity recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, and honestly exceptional value for the price. We stayed elsewhere in puerto Natales for much higher cost for something that wasn’t as good as Vendeval. I appreciate that they stored our baggage during our O trek hike. The breakfast was fantastic. Even down to the shampoo/ conditioner products which smelled great and were high quality. Vendeval was great. I won’t ever stay elsewhere in puerto Natales.

Our bags which were stored in a basement during our trek— they got a little wet (as did the contents).

Really sweet boutique hotel in a perfect location in Puerto Natales. It is spotlessly clean, with lovely little “extras” to make your stay more comfortable. A special shout-out to Jairo who was absolutely flawless, and I could not believe he had only been working at the hotel for four days. He is an absolute credit to the hotel - he was so helpful, polite, thoughtful and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me when something with one of my tours went wrong. He also had fantastic recommendations for food/drinks. Would definitely stay at the hotel again, it was so calming and tranquil.

I think the breakfast could have been much better for the room rate. That is my only complaint!

Everything is very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The staff is extraordinary. We stayed there twice, one night before our trip to Torres del Paine National Park and 2 nights after. They would store our luggage when we were gone and when we came back after hiking the W-Trek they had already put our suitcases into our room. Which was such a wonderful gesture, as we had a really long day. And not to forget, the breakfast is awesome!

No TV in the room which in hint-sight wasn’t a problem at all.

Amazing location! Able to walk to best restaurants in Santiago in Bellavista even in dark. We’re able to walk back from Plaza De Armas during the day which was 1.6 km. After the best breakfast we had in 8 days of travel, we were able to walk to Cerro de Christbol which was about two blocks from the casa.

This is a beautiful hotel and I'm glad we spent a little extra for our last stay of our trip in South America. The king bed is huge and very comfortable. The shower has excellent pressure and we enjoyed hot showers after big days hiking and adventuring. The staff were so helpful, sourcing crampons for our hike and booking taxis for us. The location is right near the town square, close to the action. About 20 minutes walk to the bus station or a short taxi ride. The terrace is a great place to enjoy a drink. The breakfast options are great and very tasty. Great views from our room out to the water.

Not a lot of room to spread out suitcase but we only spent time in the room to sleep so wasn't a big issue.

The hotel is very central and close to restaurants bars shops etc. It has a nice little roof bar. The whole place is warm and cosy but you can control the heat. The room is relatively small but is absolutely functional with a comfortable bed and simple storage space. The bathroom was small but everything functioned and the shower was good with plenty of hot water. The staff were exceptionally welcoming helpful and friendly. They gave us lots of information and helped sort out issues with tours. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Natales.

The breakfast was really basic. The scrambled egg looked so awful I just couldn't face it. There was the usual processed cheese and ham, awful bread and machine coffee.

Stay at Hotel Vendaval from 3 April 2024 On the morning of April 4th, the young man on duty was very warm and considerate, and he printed out the color documents for us to buy the tickets of Bainei Park online. In particular, I would like to commend the difficulties we encountered in buying the bus tickets to Argentina. The ticket lady said that we could not buy the tickets because we did not have AVE, and we were very anxious and unable to speak the language, so we immediately went to the hotel service boy for help. He carefully helped to find a solution on the Internet, and finally found the Chinese Embassy to call, proving that the conductor had made a mistake, it was a misunderstanding. But the hotel waiter brother must be commended, thank him for his help to us! Retirees in Beijing

Big shout out to Pablo who's first day it was and was so nice and helpful when I arrived and I liked that they gave you a welcome drink in the bar on the rooftop. The rooms are nice and spacious and you can open the window to get some of that nice fresh Puerto Natales air in. Breakfast had plenty of options.

I would have liked a TV in my room as I was looking to have a chill evening... but there was none. My fault for not checking that when I booked though.
