The property was clean on entry. We were greeted in a friendly manner at the reception. We were able to get an early check- in and therefore store our luggage with ease. The room was very neat and basic.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay and could be better by adding granola and hot milk to the buffet. Also, the music choice was hard rock and could improve with playing calm music or by giving guests a choice to select what they want to hear.

Location is central and the property is very clean and warm. Breakfast good enough, freshly made omelette every morning.

I stayed for 3 separate nights in 3 different rooms. A single room has only a skylight and this makes a place very claustrophobic. The walls were pretty thin and you can hear the staff and guests walking around. Also if you are in the single room it’s next to the kitchen and a bit noisy due to some preparations from around 5:30 am. I didn’t mind as I was leaving very early to the Torres del Paine National park but it might be disturbing if you want to sleep a bit longer.

I liked everything about this hotel. It is excellently located, very comfortable, clean, neat, tidy and quiet. Simple but with everything someone needs. The room was spacious enough, as well as the bathroom. The heaters worked perfectly, both the bedroom and bathroom had widows to open for fresh air. The staff was very helpful with everything that I needed or asked, always available. There is a phone in the room if you need to contact reception which I found extremely convenient. The breakfast was much better than I expected, with variety every morning. I loved that they offered a daily cleaning service (which I turned down because I want to spare an effort to cleaners) but it's nice to know that you have this option too.

Great central location. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice breakfasts with freshly cooked eggs by a very helpful lady.

No socket for hair stylers near a mirror. Rooms a little small. The property was a bit too warm for us- we had to leave windows pen even after turning radiators off.

The room and bathroom are very small and there is only one flat surface in the room (luggage shelf) to get organized for hiking the next day. But if you don’t need much space and are traveling solo, the room is good.

Clean, spacious. Very Good location (especially if you rent car from Europe Rent A Car, its only 5min walk from the agency), and another 10 minutes walk to the sea. Front desk is very friendly. Very very yummy breakfast with lots of choices. I'll highly recommend this place.

all the rooms are located in 2nd floor and there is No elevator, but front desk staff can help you with your luggage.

Located right on the main street of Puerto Natales, Casa Patagonia is a good option for an overnight stay before heading to Torres del Paine or across the border to Argentina. It’s within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and bars, and 15-20 minutes walk from the bus station. My room was small but comfortable, with a modern bathroom and the breakfast was good value, as well as being available early enough for morning departures on tours or transfers.

The only window in my room was a small skylight, which could get claustrophobic if you had to spend much time there.

Really friendly check in and lovely clean room. Nice communal area and great location for walking and restaurants. Breakfast was nice and plenty for the day.

Nothing to do with the hotel but I wish someone had told me about the roaming dogs in Puerto Natales. They ignore you as a pedestrian but they ran at our rental car on the main exit. Be prepared!!

The whole place is extremely clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Amillo and the lady in the dining room. The breakfast is good enough.

The area was very noisy and the room was small, with not enough space to put one's things.We stayed three nights in a room that was actually good for an overnight stay

The personnel was very friendly, very helpful and very professional.Excellent sense of service. Rooms were clean and the breakfast very affordable and complete.
