Central location with a cafe connected and laundry next door, ideal for us! Laundry was a good price too. Felt like an air b&b with lovely decor and kitchen / living space but you get your room cleaned every day and they leave breakfast in the fridge for you daily (milk,eggs, yogurt, orange juice, fruit, muesli, ham, cheese and bread with croissants or cookies). For us it was everything we needed. It felt very cosy and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make lunch and cook dinners in. Highly recommended!! & if you want a hire car Natales rental is a 5 min walk and provided an exceptional service!

Both the hotel and the rooms are very cozy. Staff is very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you. Their laundry service is also cheap and very efficient. Even though they don’t currently have a wheelchair accessible room, they put a couple of ramps in place, so that we could move around better. Location is also fantastic next to Plaza de Armas and lots of restaurants and services around.

The aforementioned lack of wheelchair accessible room. The bathroom door was too narrow for us to get inside. Nevertheless, they are working to solve it in the near future.

Good central location in Puerto Natales (with a great gelato shop and laundrette right next door!). Really nicely decorated and well-equipped, super comfy beds, hot and powerful shower (very much appreciated after 8 days on the O trek in TdP..!) and super flexible breakfast that is delivered to the room the evening before.

The room was very hot when we arrived - we kept the window/door open for a few hours and turned the radiator off, but it was still quite hot for sleeping. We stayed at DT both before and after our trek, so for the second stay I just messaged in advance to ask for the radiator to be turned off before we arrived. On our second stay we were on the ground floor vs the first, and the ceiling was thin - so we could constantly hear people walking around above us/their toilet/shower being used...

Perfect location and facilities! The loft is well equipped with everything you need, even in the small kitchenett.

Communication with the host could be improved. Since the payment is done in advance it is not very clear if the amount comprises of the local tax (deductible for tourists) plus they charge you for additional services which you might use, which is a bit odd. It didn’t really become clear what is the amount of the accommodation only considering it was also different form the reservation on Booking.

Excellent breakfast. Front desk is very helpful. Easy to walk to all places from this hotel. They stored our luggage for us for a nominal cost when we went to Patagonia.

Even though we had requested twin beds, the hotel didn't get that information from booking.com and there was some confusion about this when we got there. The owners fixed the issue but it took a while to get the beds to separate.

Rooms are small but well laid-out and comfortable. Particularly loved the included breakfast service with delicious juices & fresh fruits etc delivered to your fridge each afternoon ready for the day ahead.

You can hear the fans & cooling system for the ice cream shop below but you get used to it and it’s not that bad. It would be awesome if you were given a voucher or small discount (10-20%) for the ice cream shop below for guests as it was fairly expensive but would have loved to try it more than once! Fee per hour to check in early and the bag storage fee seemed over the top - I feel like if it’s ready early it should just be a bonus perk like in most hotels and if not then you just wait as normal.

We stayed 1 night after finishing O trek. We took late bus to Puerto Natales, walked to the hotel, entered our room and it was a pure bliss - hot strong shower, comfortable bed, everything was super clean and very pretty. Breakfast and some extra things were prepared and left in the fridge. It was easy to get inside (we got instructions beforehand) and easy to check out (we left super early). I wish we could stay for one more day to relax. We dream to come back to Torres del Paine one day and we will be happy to stay at DT Loft again. Big thanks to a hotel team, you are awesome guys!

Everything was really really good, I mean it!

This place was close to perfection. The location is very central and close to many restaurants and shops. The process to get into the room was very easy even for a late evening (11pm) check-in. The room is a bit small if the sofa bed is used, but otherwise the layout is nicely done with a well equipped kitchen, and the elevated main sleeping and bathroom area. The breakfast arrangement is perfect especially if you want to leave early or have a late breakfast, with plenty of options.

Our unit #1 was on the ground floor, and the window was equipped with 2 sets of blinds for privacy and room darkening. However, the privacy blinds were broken, which meant during the day either darkening the room or leaving it completely open for everyone walking past to look in. This should be an easy fix... Also, the shower wasn't in great condition...

The gal running this place is the best (you know who you are Queen). Check in was easy enough (first use is challenging but then easy). These guys really tried hard to make our stay enjoyable. Lot's of little touches in the unit that was very nice. Bed (even though cramped) was comfy. Shower good. Wifi decent. The supplied breakfast was more than adequate. Did I mention how cool Queen is.....

This place can be noisy. If it wasn't the upstairs unit making noise it was someone leaving at 5A dragging their luggage across the wood decking (clack-clack-clack). Getting to my side of the bed was hard. Maybe 1 foot in front of bed and 1 foot from wall for my access. Lighting was not good, the bulbs they use are not defused so they hurt the eyes.

This accommodation is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Really clean, really comfortable and the food that they give you for breakfast is a good selection and quantity. We liked that they deliver you the breakfast in the afternoon ready for the next day - this means if you’re heading out super early for trekking or an excursion, you can eat before you go or take the croissants etc with you for the road without missing out because of set breakfast times.

The kitchen is very well equipped but it could do with tea towels and an oven glove! Would also be useful to have a bath mat in the bathroom for getting out of the shower - but these are just small touches!
