The place is very cozy and the bed was super comfortable. The room was big, with a lot of space to keep my personal items. There are many flowers in the garden and in the lobby, which made the atmosphere very pleasant.

I could hear in detail the conversation about the bowl movement of the guests in the room next to mine. This was, to say the least, annoying. Also every time the outside door was open, I heard noises similar to knocking on my door, which was confusing in the beginning, later I got used to that... Besides the notices I felt very good in the room.

This place is super cozy and perfectly located! The furnishings are a bit dated, but it’s rustic and charming and spotlessly clean. We actually liked it so much that we stayed a second time on our way back from Torres del Paine :)

Like I said, it’s a bit dated but honestly for the price it’s still decent value. The only thing we actually didn’t really like was the breakfast (instant coffee/basic options), but there’s a great cafe called Nomad right around the corner and they had some of the best coffee we tried in 2.5 months in South America.

Very confortable little hotel with a very nice atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. The decoration was very nice and fitted the location. The breakfast was very good too. Very close to the sea shore and also close to the center of town and many restaurants. We would have loved to stay many more days!

The walls are "paper-thin" and we can hear people talking in the adjoining room but most guests were quiet so that was not much of an issue

The host is very friendly and helpful. While the room has seen some years, the shower and bathroom are clean, the towels and sheets are clean and comfortable. No musty or smokey smells. Breakfast is reasonable.

I prefer warm bedside light instead of a cold, fluorescent light. WiFi signal very weak in my room.

Large, bright, clean and comfortable room. Hot shower with great water pressure. Excellent location close to restaurants, shops, waterfront - yet quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. Appreciated the fresh brewed coffee, real milk, and hard-boiled eggs as part of breakfast (among other offerings).

This is not a bash on the hostal as I saw this throughout the town…the view of a back yard/enclosed space space with dogs lots of random piles of stuff.

This was such a pleasant hostel with such lovely and helpful staff... Just amazing! I screwed up some other bookings on my part, had to reschedule bookings with this Hostal and was even basically gone for 2 days, so I was a bit worried, but it all worked out thanks to the staff being very understanding. Also: Fantastic location. Supermarkets, restaurants and the seaside... All within 5 walking minutes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel is conveniently located close to the city center, where you can find a variety of very good restaurants, all variety of stores and travel agencies. It is comfortable and clean.

Great location close to everything we wanted/needed - the water, groceries, center or town, restaurants, etc. the room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was uniformly pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was a “typical” continental breakfast as we found in this part of Chile, which means it was pretty light.

extremely friendly and helpful staff - we could leave some of our luggage behind while doing the W trek, and also the owner of the place explained to us how to save ~20% of the room price by paying in USD and credit card and therefore not applying the tax. next to the staff, the bed of the double room is huge (king size?) and super comfortable! everything was clean, location is great, organisation was flexible, breakfast can be arranged for people leaving very early in the morning, etc. well recommended!
