The staff was very cooperative and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. If you are travelling with elder people or disabled person, this is the perfect place. Parking facility available at the basement from where direct access to lift is already there. They even have wheelchairs available with them. The breakfast could have been better since the variety offered is less in comparison to other hotels and at the price it is offered. I would rather suggest to avail the offer without a complimentary breakfast package since the hotel is already in the market place and you can try the street food over there which is much better in taste. Overall I would rate my experience as excellent in terms of stay, room space and neatness and the staff behaviour. This was my first visit to Varanasi and I would definitely consider this place next time if I do visit here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alokah Kashi. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing experience. I was particularly impressed with the hotel restaurant ,it not only offered great food, but the staff, including the waiter, room service, laundry, housekeeping, and reception, were all incredibly helpful and attentive. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in seamless. The room was good, well-equipped, and offered a cozy atmosphere. A few of the highlights were - sanitation, delicious food, excellent Interior which is tastefully done etc. The amenities were well-maintained and added to the experience. I appreciate all the staff members as they were putting all their efforts in serving us till the last which was precious for me and for the organisation as well. I would definitely recommend the Alokah Kashi hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi. It’s a great spot for families. My stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future.

While the overall experience was great but there are always a few areas that could be improved. For instance - the seating arrangements for single tables is bit awkward and discomforting while sitting, the waiting time for ordered food was long being there was no rush and the given food instructions were taken lightly. It wasn’t a major inconvenience, but addressing this would make the stay even more enjoyable. I suggest to add more healthy food options and to provide regular homely north Indian food.

The property is as shown in the photos. You will get really good service ,reception desk is available all the time and resolves your any need. Housekeeping service is best ,you will get super clean room. The property has in house restaurant which adds to the conveyance of guest and food is good. The location is 4-5 km away from city centre but you will get ola/uber easily. As it’s far from main centre but still in city ,everything is accessible and you will get good sleep without any disturbances. We had stayed at road side view room,there was little noise from 8am that wasn’t really noticeable.So all in all,I would highly recommend this property.

I came for work and had the most comfortable stay. Good bed. Clean floor and walls, and bed linen. Courteous staff . Good AC. Lovely tea kit in the room. Refrigerator. Spacious cupboard. Sofa with a small tea table. A working desk with a straight back chair. Everything was perfect for me. Room service was promt and food taste was good. A balcony with 2 large armchairs. What more can you want at this price. I hope to stay here again on my next visit. The rooms are exactly as they are shown in the pictures.

Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Location out of the centre but with easy access by tuk tuk, very close to other attractions eg Sarnath. Staff very helpful and friendly Vikash in housekeeping especially so, he never stopped smiling.

The property exceeded my expectations. The room and the bathroom were very large and more importantly very clean. Quality of the bed and everything inside the room was superior. There is a restaurant and the food is also of very good quality. Last but not the least, the staff was very friendly.
