The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We had an issue with our sink draining and they sent someone to our room. Maintenance arrived right after I called and they corrected the issue. Our stay was very comfortable and we plan to stay again.

The property, amenities and room was very clean. The staff was really nice.

The location could be better. Due to construction, most of the exists coming from HOU Airport are closed off and I had to drive an additional 20minutes out of the way in order to get to the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, a grocery store and many restaurants that were just minutes away. Denny & Bella were very helpful and gracious! When they heard that I was there to attend my father's funeral, Bella wrote a very sweet note on their bulletin board. It was very comforting to know that they had my back!

The air conditioner was not working properly. It was sweltering outside and the unit was trying very hard to put out cold air. I was very grateful for the small table fan in my room.

The whole staff was wonderful! Free washer/dryer to use daily. Very nice gazebo with grills. Lots of food places. Close by gas stations. Not too far from the beach. Feels like home away from home. Room was a great size with lots of amenities! This place was wonderful.

There was no breakfast but there was a kitchenette in the room.

I will not use Booking.com again. The pricing online was not the full price that I had to pay once there. This is several times that Booking.com has been very deceptive in the way they book a room.

Hotel is in process of renovation with the first floor incomplete, which was not an issue for us. The room was great, completely updated and very spacious with all the ammenities you could ever need. Think it will be really nice once the renovations are completed. Would Highly recommend.

I’ve never seen a cleaner room! The AC cooled the room fast. I loved the fan in the room for extra circulation. The bathroom was absolutely spotless!

A carport over the entrance would be nice since it was raining, but that was the only criticism.

Location, clean, quiet, easy check-in.... peaceful, and the Staff were very pleasant and resourceful. The room was like a studio apartment, and ooohhh the bed was soooo comfortable, we wanted to extend our stay!

How clean it was. The lobby smelled really good. You should’ve had that smell in the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free coffee was great. I loved the location.

I could not find a safe in the room.

Hidden spot not to far from the cruise ship..The staff there was so helpful as I wasn't able to print my tags for my luggage before we left..I was able to print the tags and used their stapler to get them on. The room and bed was comfy..Wasn't too far from Walmart and other shopping areas. I will definitely be staying there again on our next cruise
