For the price, the room served its purpose. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good AC.

The hallway smelled like marijuana. I could hear my neighbors screaming at each other through the walls some nights and one early morning. Plus, a coffee pot and a toaster in the room would be nice. Some extra towels would be useful too. Not the easiest place to find but I am used to it since I have stayed here three years in a row.

The hotel charged me after I already paid online and when I called to dispute the extra charge the staff was very rude and told me that it was a non refundable hotel that I had to go online. When I said you charged me double he proceeded to ask me if I knew who I was talking to and that I said HE double charged me. When in fact he represents the hotel and by saying you charged me I was talking about WoodSpring suites. I had to get with my bank to open an investigation.

24 hour access to laundry facility Any toiletry items needed could be obtained by speaking to someone at front desk The fact you could have your towels and entire bedding swapped out for all clean new ones daily, was awesome. Ask you have to do is ask. I love that the washer and dryers had multiple ways to pay so there was no issue of front desk being closed for the night and unable to obtain quarters till early AM Incase your washing late because you need clothing in coming morning. By this I mean both washer and dryer accept quarters, tap to pay (with any device that has NFC functionally or physical card), also chip reader and classic swipe. Saved me a long trip to the gas station for an ATM to pull out money to turn around and hope the over night cashier will be able exchange cash4 good chunk of quarters.

Over booked if you want to stay an extra night and go down stairs day before check out your chances are probably 0. The side and back doors that access parking lot hiccup many times when attempting to read your key card getting back inside takes a few repetitive inserts to finally see that green light on reader light up.

The room had full size fridge microwave and two burner stove top which is a must when doing an extended stay. The property at night is so quiet and still, despite being right off 45. I haven't seen my entire stay more than 3-5 ppl while coming to and from room, despite being completely booked up. Laundry is open 24 which I love because set hours seems to draw large crowds and machine availability next to none despite the time. All laundry machines (dry & wash) have multiple payment options. They accept quarters, swipe to pay, tap to pay (w/digital card on phone or physical card), or chip insert. Anything you run out off during your stay the front desk will provide toilet paper, daily fresh towels and bedding, change for laundry all you gotta do is ask 😄

The key cards are done what sensitive, meaning keeping them in same pocket as a phone seems to make them slightly hiccup. Randomly threw the day I'd step out back door to smoke a cigarette, but more than once I'd have trouble with reader detecting my key card first time, second time, etc.

Convenience and respect for the guest

Nothing extended, stay before a house or apartment is ready to move into is just right for the in between time

The rooms where big. It’s nice to have a functional kitchen area. it was quite.

The laundry area floor was dirty so was the elevator. It smelled of weed in the front office. Other then that I liked it.

Front desk clerk David was a huge help and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He was extremely professional and was exceptional in performing his duties.

The rooms were a bit small but who really can complain for the price.
