The breakfast was adequate and the breakfast room was clean. I liked how you could come down and get coffee anytime. The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. they let us store our luggage in a back room until it was time to check-in. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

From the location of this hotel, you could not walk anywhere. There are no sidewalks. we had to use an Uber to go somewhere to eat. it was crazy because we were only a few blocks away from restaurants. You are taking your life in your hands if you try to walk anywhere. The shade was broken and would not go up. The room is very dark without any light from the window coming in.

Location was a 5 minute drive to shopping and food. 20 minutes to the space center. 40 minutes to the Galveston Cruise port. Breakfast was continental. Staff were attentive to the needs of the customers eating and were on top of cleaning messes and resupplying food/coffee. Nothing special but very adequate. Room was clean. Some humidity damage (rust on fixtures etc) in the pool area BUT its an indoor pool that holds in moisture in a humid part of Texas. Probably a logistical nightmare to begin with. I don't think this is a direct fault of the hotel. I didn't interact with the day shift staff but the evening shift staff were very on top of things. Even when she was very busy with in-takes one evening she remembered to get me more towels that I requested to give me the next time she saw me! Always said Hello to me when entering the entrance.

Not the fault of the hotel: road construction galore. Makes the area a little confusing if you haven't been to the area before BUT not inaccessible or detrimental to access it or the stores/restaurants in the area.

I like the cleanliness of the facility. The beds were comfortable and showers hot. The breakfast was good. Parking easy.

I didn’t like the construction surrounding the area. I thought the hotel was difficult to find. I didn’t like the front desk not being attended to instead a note was taped up to call for help. The number on the note did not work. I saw other customers also standing at the desk calling for someone to come to front. Most disturbing was we had zero towels and no tissue in our room the night we arrived! I had to pick up some at breakfast in the morning,

kind and helpful had a good clean breakfast only ran out of coffee once but was fast at replacing it.

the pool was very cold and no hot tub, the room was stuffy but if you propped open the door it was nice, from the site pictures and explanations we understood that we would have a pullout couch along with the queen beds but there wasnt even a couch in the room only a chair and a bench/table and they were a little stingy on the towels we had two queen room and they only gave us 2 we had to ask for more

we liked everything overall it was super clean very comfy to sleep in and also breakfast was very nice , when we checked in they were super nice and i would love to stay there another time when i travel again by there :)

the only thing i didn’t like was the itchyness from the covers and my whole people who stayed there also complained about the itchyness was from the cover and pillows but thats literally the only thing that was bad .

Modern, clean, tastefully arranged lobby with standard new style format travel lodge feeling. Easy to locate, decent parking spaces and n good/quick response staff. I HAD A GREAT QUIET STAY! Very happy.

Beyond the needs for more house keeping (this location is VERY BUSY with a great value pricing), overall outstanding in building appearance and upkeep of property. PLEASE DO pay attention to elevator needing more wipedown(greasy handprints) and perhaps designated cigarettes bud-pots "made available" for THOSE guests

It was very clean and the breakfast in the morning was good.

It was hard figuring out how to get anywhere close without getting on the highway and turning around. Two nights are neighbors were in and out of the room and each time the door slammed. We finally figured out the second to last day to turn right and not left and not follow our GPS. Lol

Everything was clean and comfortable. Didn't speak to the staff much, only when I checked in and she was nice.

When I first walk in the smell that hit me was not pleasant at all. This should be looked into on why the first floor has this odor. It's only on the first floor. Other than that everything was ok. Thanks

clean, welcoming, sitting area in lobby, front desk service. Felt safe and in a good area. Lights on property made it feel safe late night and parking was easy and accessible

Room had a musty smell like wet dirty laundry as soon as you walk in. After awhile you get accustomed to the smell until you walk out and return again. In the morning we discovered a large pile of dirty towels inside the closet from previous guests. The construction on roads made it difficult to get to hotel. Hotel sits along the I45, getting anywhere outside hotel (gas,food,stores,entertainment) required one way to exit/return with the turn around points both a bit of a distance. No dinner options unless you got back into the construction and drove a bit to several fast food options.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I always judge a room by the bathrooms. If the bathroom is clean the room is usually clean. The beds were comfortable but the mattress was breaking down a little on side from people sitting on it. The mattresses should be rotated on a regular basis to avoid that.

Our friend was in a handicap room on the 1st floor and we were on the 3rd floor and we were not close to an elevator which was difficult for the other handicap person. It wasn't the hotels fault, they only had one handicap room left.
