The pool was clean, and the pool area was clean and comfortable Suite was large, comfortable, and well equipped Thursday and Friday night receptionist was super friendly and super helpful. Hot water at breakfast. On the first morning, it wasn't hot. The second morning, the water tasted faintly of coffee. I suspect the hot water urns are interchangeable. If hot water is being used for teamaking, that coffee taint spoils it. No fruit juice machine on breakfast day 2, only Sunny D available in fridge. The receptionist on saturday was more absent than present and not particularly pro active. 4 or 5 TVs in breakfast area on different channels. All with volume on AND lobby music playing!

This was our first stay at this hotel in four and a half years. The clean aroma upon entry was inviting and refreshing! Cody (at the Front Desk) was positive and engaging, making our reception after a long drive a joy. Adrian was also positively engaging both mornings at breakfast. Finally, Alexis Ortiz, the GM, was warm, friendly, and most appreciative of our patronage. We are already looking forward to our next stay here! PS: Cody should be promoted as soon as possible. He is smart, well-spoken, and seems to really enjoy his job.

Because of the never-ending construction, access from the Freeway was slightly irritating...

Immediately upon walking in I was greeted by the nicest man at the front desk! He was very polite, it was late at night so it was refreshing not to have someone that treated us like we were a bother. The second thing I noticed was how clean it was, and how clean it smelled!! Our room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. 10/10 Would stay there again.

I liked that the hotel allowed us to check in early which was awesome since we were relocating due to a power outage at our home. We stayed during Hurricane Beryl. Also the lobby and entrance to hotel smelled soooo good.. I even asked what the fragrance was😂

I didn’t like that the lights flicked off a few times and the Wi-Fi was super weak but that obviously was not the hotels fault…

Great stay for the night before our cruise. We drove, but did notice there were options for shuttles from the property to the cruise port. Great breakfast and nice sized room. Close to Buc-ee’s and easily accessible from the Highway and to the port.

No complaints.

The property was beautiful, the hotel had a lot of things to do.

The front desk was rude when we got there. Didn’t really help us at all. She was just on the phone the whole time.

Everything was perfect. The room was big and clean. Pool area was clean gym was clean. Breakfast was delicious. And the staff was so kind and helpful!

Everything about this location was perfect. Staff was so nice & the breakfast was good . The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable.

Great atmosphere. Very clean and had a variety of food for breakfast.

We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come yo the front desk so we could check in.

I did not like the fact that they did not accept cash, it was after 10pm and they could not make an exception so I had to ride around a city I didn’t know with my children to find a place to load cash onto my card. VERY INCONVENIENT.
