This was our first stay at this hotel in four and a half years. The clean aroma upon entry was inviting and refreshing! Cody (at the Front Desk) was positive and engaging, making our reception after a long drive a joy. Adrian was also positively engaging both mornings at breakfast. Finally, Alexis Ortiz, the GM, was warm, friendly, and most appreciative of our patronage. We are already looking forward to our next stay here! PS: Cody should be promoted as soon as possible. He is smart, well-spoken, and seems to really enjoy his job.

Because of the never-ending construction, access from the Freeway was slightly irritating...

Immediately upon walking in I was greeted by the nicest man at the front desk! He was very polite, it was late at night so it was refreshing not to have someone that treated us like we were a bother. The second thing I noticed was how clean it was, and how clean it smelled!! Our room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. 10/10 Would stay there again.

I liked that the hotel allowed us to check in early which was awesome since we were relocating due to a power outage at our home. We stayed during Hurricane Beryl. Also the lobby and entrance to hotel smelled soooo good.. I even asked what the fragrance was😂

I didn’t like that the lights flicked off a few times and the Wi-Fi was super weak but that obviously was not the hotels fault…

The property was beautiful, the hotel had a lot of things to do.

The front desk was rude when we got there. Didn’t really help us at all. She was just on the phone the whole time.

Great atmosphere. Very clean and had a variety of food for breakfast.

We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come yo the front desk so we could check in.

The Staff was very nice and helpful we have stayed here before. but this time it was wonderful the staff was GREAT wish I had got their names to send a big shough out to them. but if they were there on 03-07-24-/03-09-24you all where WONDERFUL thank you.

breakfast was like hospital food.

I did not like the fact that they did not accept cash, it was after 10pm and they could not make an exception so I had to ride around a city I didn’t know with my children to find a place to load cash onto my card. VERY INCONVENIENT.

We stayed 5 days at this location and the staff was unbeliveble, they were drinking at the desk, all the time talking with each other, sitting outsite, plus the cleaning lady for the breakfast was so tired that she had to lay her head on the desk. The Breakfast was a mess. The room was spacious but not clean. Because we stayed there for 5 days we did not want to make an issue out of it. They need better management.

Everything except below

Bathroom door should swing outward or be a pocket door. Bathroom was too small for door to swing inward. Breakfast was not up to the level of comparable hotels we stayed at on this trip.

Breakfast and location was very good. The only issue I encountered was bedding smelled a little like a dog so I couldn't sleep in the bed but sheets appeared cleaned. Other than that I love Home2Suites and would stay again.
