The staff was very professional, from the reservation Staff to the cleaning attendants. I was there three days and my room was cleaned and smelled good the elevators smelled fresh to. The beds were comfortable and the shower I could have stayed in for hours. I was on the fourth floor and Sam was very accommodating..All of the staff was excellent. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. walking distance to the mall across the street. Thank you all for a wonderful stay will be back soon. Miss Lisa

Very clean & simple. Open area & good location! Extremely friendly staff who made them feel you’ve known them your whole lives! Great TV options with streaming to log into! Rooms so very comfortable.

Breakfast maybe a little more hearty... also suggestion for room to have more than one “regular” caffeinated coffee pod in room if 2 guests, i.e. 2. *Bathtub option although I see it’s modern style. People enjoy soaking.

Large room perfect for a single person traveling for work

The fact that the restroom lighting is so bright and comes through the frosted glass door straight into your eyes when you are laying in bed makes this room not appropriate for two people. There's no way for one person to be utilizing the bathroom and having another person trying to sleep.

Very well maintained and clean hotel. The staff are all friendly and warm and very hardworking. Breakfast had a decent variety from day to day, and it was well stocked with food levels being checked frequently. The daybed couch was brilliant and perfect for our six year old. The desk partition that opens allowed him privacy and could also be opened so we could check on him if needed. Lastly, the pool, while small, does already have a selection of life jackets for the kids. Such a thoughtful touch.

The bed was a little too soft. The room doors closed so loudly that it did startle my son, who was sleeping on the wall in the daybed.

EVERYTHING! Staff (Sam) was courteous, friendly, and very informative. The room was AMAZING. The ambiance as soon as you walk in made you feel relaxed and soothing. Bed and beddings were exceptional and very comfortable. Very impressed with my stay.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and our overall stay was fantastic.

The pool was a little dirty, but being only April, I figure it doesn't get used much. We had fun anyway.

Everything was perfect, the staff was amazing! They greeted you immediately when you walked in and made sure every need was meant. The breakfast attendant was fabulous, she personally went to every child and gave them a sweet treat also interacting with all the guest. The front desk attendant was wonderful!

I do not have any bad experiences

Everything was great! The staff was friendly, facilities were clean and inviting,the room was really, really nice, and the bed was really comfortable. Loved the couch/daybed as well. Will return in the future.

Not a big deal, but the desk chair was a bit wobbly. Other than that, no negatives

Very new, comfortable beds, big et super clean room and bathroom, conveniently located next to Buccees and I-45. Easy parking. Great breakfast options.

The breakfast room is much too small for all the families, you couldn't find a seat together (on a Sunday at 8:30am).

Good condition and clean

Staff were too tired to answer questions and have a conversation. They cut off in a middle of a sentence before I had a chance to explain what I was asking for. Also, At checkin the front desk didn’t give all details about housekeeping etc.
