Location was perfect as I was returning for a 40th high school reunion. Bed was comfortable and I'm picky about bed comfort, it's what make the trip comfortable, not tolerable. The room was exceptionally clean and new white linens felt good sfyer s day at the beach. Front desk I can not say enough about. This place has lead to abandon other places and only seek the Fairfield now

The cost of soda and candy small items are way too expensive. Once I check in and shower an on-site food or a place nearby that would deliver was my only thing and only because I was too tired to drive out.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. it’s right next to Big League Dreams, so the location was perfect. I felt a little bad because our team was very excited to be there (i.e., a little wild), but the staff was so friendly and understanding about the whole situation. They are used to it and do their best to separate the baseball guest from the non-baseball groups. :) But I also apologize to the non-baseball guest. Ha! The room was almost spotless and you could tell the cleaning staff really paid special attention to detail. I loved how they even had the toilet set up when we walked into the room for the first time so you could really see how clean it was. I was really impressed. It was too chilly to use the outdoor pool, but I think it would have been great for our team. The continental breakfast was wonderful with so much selection. It was a great experience overall and I would definitely stay here again.

Really the only negative I had here was the Wi-Fi wasn’t the fastest, so I had to listen to my son complain about the speed and then he just ended up connecting to my hot spot.

Excellent location and staff were exceptional. Quickly responded to any problem and resolved any issue we had with the room.

I booked for two adults and two children. Was advised it would be a king bed and roll out suitable for the two children. The roll out was only a twin and NOT suitable for a 2 and 5 year old together. Need to fix the listing to show that this rooming only accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. There were also no pillows or top sheet for the roll out (handled quickly by staff as noted above)

Our family stayed for 7 days. We love this place. We have been in many different hotels all around Texas, and this is one of the top places to stay. Super clean, super comfortable rooms. Personnel very attentive. The cleaning lady kept our room super clean and smelling super nice. Will definitely come back in the future.

Breakfast could be better.

Love the breakfast every morning before a baseball tournament. Bed and the customer service .

In the beginning they treated my husband so poorly like he didn’t matter. For next trips I’ll be sure to put him down

Beautiful room and great location! everything was very clean and new!

The desk clerk I dealt with was very dry and not pleasant. I tried to extend my stay but he was not very much help and acted as if I was bothering him so I went elsewhere for the rest of my stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. It is located in a nice area, lots of shopping and dining areas.

Didn't get much sleep the first night . Other guests were out at the patio until 2am . Our room was on the third floor and could hear loud music and loud conversations. I called the front desk to ask them to lower the nosie. It was only lower for a few min.

Location is easy to get to... close to several eating establishments... my husband is handicapped and the room we were given was great... breakfast was yummy... all staff were lovely

No complaints... can't think of any suggestions... we've stayed here often and always enjoy... very very clean

Breakfast was good. Had a nice variety. The bacon not so good very cheap quality and paper thin.

The rooms are heavly sprayed with and odor control. House keeping came to try to resolve the problem, we ended up airing out the room until I could go into the room. I have Asthma and it was difficult to say the least.

Breakfast was great. Daily changes were nice. Selections were plentiful, fresh , served hot. Drinks available were numerous in choices. Overall A+ !

Not sure as our expectations were met with plus rating in all amenities offered.
