The property was clean and the staff behind the service desk, Diane, was very welcoming and truly provided my family with exceptional customer service.

The only thing I could think of is that there was only half & half for the coffee. No french vanilla or any flavored sweeter.

Room was clean; the bed was comfortable; appliances were new. The staff was friendly and professional, and responsive to a faulty air conditioner.

The hallways were dated as was the cabinetry in both the sleeping room and bathroom. The property seems in need of a facelift.

Miss Diane! She was the most hospitable and friendly hotel host we have ever been irked with.

The fact that I had so much trouble canceling my last night. Nothing to do with the hotel, but more with a Booking employee.

My wall charger got stuck in the outlet soon after I put it in. It started charging and then stoped and my charger 🔌 was stuck in the outlet

The Lady working the front desk was great very friendly, and helpful. She is an asset to the hotel.

Just need to updated and deep clean a touch better and spray for roaches. Wasn't horrible but just need to spray the entire hotel for them.

I liked how our room was fully equipped with a not al size fridge, cooking equipment and utensils it was so great .

How small the pool was and the bed was a bit to firm for me to sleep on.

The hotel was located conveniently for our activities on this trip; however, construction made it difficult to navigate that area of League City.

The air conditioner made a terrible noise. When we informed the front desk staff, a technician came and worked on it. The next day, the noise was different and again we informed the front desk staff and a technician came and worked on it. The third day we informed the front desk staff that the noise was different, but still there and very shrill and loud, and again a technician came to work on the unit, but this time, he replaced the unit. Yea, the unit was finally fixed after three nights of interrupted sleep.

I was there to go to MD ANDERSON. The hotel is an easy walk to MD ANDERSON.

My room had a very distinct smell of dog. That is my only complaint.

It was practically next door to the hospital I needed for some tests. A spectacular restaurant was also next door where I had dinner. Distance matters because I am wheelchair bound.

The room was nice and clean but the floor in my hallway could have stood a little vacuuming.

I checked in at 4 PM and when I went into my room, there was three women that worked at the hotel and they were watching TV wasn’t a big deal very unprofessional
