Lovely aspect and spacious room.

As a solo traveller relying on public transport accommodation in the Centro would have been sensible. The walk from the train station with an international size suitcase up a bumpy foot path up hill then 2 flights of stairs wasn’t an easy ask. The supposed B&B is run more like an Air B&B.. you are on your own with remote contact the given option. Breakfast is all pre packaged carbohydrates and fruit that had seen better days and the choice available set up looks more like what you would expect at a school camp. On either side of this stay I have enjoyed two lovely B&B’s that were more like home. That said….if you’re wanting peace and privacy this is a good choice. The nearest supermarket has a great deli counter.

Good location - 10 minutes from the station in one direction (helpful for connections to/from the airport), and 20 minutes from the old town in the other direction (sightseeing and most restaurants). Bed very comfortable. B&B spotlessly clean. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of electrical sockets. The entry system (operated via WhatsApp without meeting the proprietor) felt complicated but worked fine on my nighttime arrival. Room cleaning and linen change arranged during my stay via WhatsApp - communication was good. Breakfast is prepared the night before, which is ideal for early risers like me. I would happily stay here again on another occasion. There are two decent restaurants opposite the station - Ristorante Gino and Trattoria Dorica.

No luggage storage available at the property, but I used https://radicalstorage.com/ and got a hotel opposite the station, so this wasn't a problem. More healthy options for breakfast would be nice (meusli or granola; plain yogurt), but the breakfast is pretty standard for accommodation in Italy.

The property was somewhat tricky to reach by foot but it was worth the effort. Once inside the B & B we found that it was very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. It took about 20 minutes to walk there from the station. It is at the top of a steep street that curves up from the main road. The footpath is narrow and in very poor condition. On entering the property from the street, there is one flight of stairs to the front door of the condominium and then another two and a half flights to the front door of the B & B on the first floor. The instructions about access were easy to follow and the proprietor was readily available on Whatsapp to handle any a questions. A very pleasant breakfast is served in the common area.

The apartment is split into 3 sets of living accommodations with a shared kitchen. How comfortable you end up being can depend as much if not more on who you are 'sharing' with than anything else. Say for example if someone checks in at 10.30 pm then you may find yourself privy to the conversation.

It was very clean, quiet and nice! The bed is very comfortable, having air conditioning in the room makes for a very nice sleep! The bathroom is very modern and clean. You have a personal lock for your room which makes you feel very safe (as a female solo traveller I felt very secure). The breakfast has plenty of options - gluten and dairy free included - with a coffee machine that is easy to use! Honestly one of the best stays in my 5week trip so far! Would definitely stay again. Owner is lovely and helped me find my room! Had an amazing night, thank you.

A little bit far away from the city - maybe a 20minute walk. Other than that no issues.

A great location to explore the city from once you get orientated, we walked a lot -our choice - bus 2-3 mins down the hill & Tabacchi for bus tickets under long colonnade. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Good blackout shutter-blinds. Excellent coffee machine, pods supplied but use bottled water to prevent lime-scale. Self-service breakfast ok, a bit too sweet for us; a small supermarket is a few mins away. Vi-key access worked well to get keys to gain access. Outside stairs light switches on by red lit button near gate. A great place.

A most uncomfortable sofa bed to sit on, good job we were out and about most of time. No plug for sink, so felt like wasting water. Steep stairs for heavy luggage

The property was located near the train station and walkable to the port. It was easy to get around and the room was super clean!!

The breakfast was just OK. Packaged food and fruit that was in the fridge for days. That said, there are so many cafes nearby, this did not bother me at all!!

Location location location! It was also very clean, the host was super helpful (although it was so well organized, that we never met him in person). Views were very nice for the whole Ancona port and the bay. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen (shared).

A bit monotonous breakfasts, but as they were part of the room price - we cannot really complain :)

One of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed at. Easy check-in with a code that was communicated well in advance, along with all important things you need to know. The B&B is in a quiet residential area not far from the train station. The room was just lovely, with so many nice details and a huge bathroom. The kitchen/breakfast area had all amenities I could wish for. Would always go there again when in Ancona!

Very nice place - light and clean, with a separate kitchen and a nice bathroom. It's located a 10 minute walk from the train station, which is excellent if you're catching an early train. The part of town it's located in doesn't seem super fancy, but a 20 minute walk along the waterfront gets you to very nice pedestrian streets with lots of restaurants and cafés. The breakfast had a nice selection: some fresh fruit, some bread, butter, yogurt, etc. Lots of packaged sweets. Very nice and quiet AC, good shades that make the room nice and dark for sleeping.

There is a highway ramp right in front of the building, but the windows don't let any noise from it through. The shortest way to the waterfront is through an underpass, which isn't super nice. The check-in was done digitally, and passport pics were sent to some third-party company. There was some a multi-step instruction to get up into the apartment, which turned out okay, but felt a little bit stressful beforehand. If my phone had died it feels like I would have been in trouble.
