Excellent staff. The receptionist answered all questions in a very helpful and friendly way, always with a smile. I felt very welcome. The room was very nice and big. The bathroom was extremely spacious too. Overall the facilities were very clean and the room was very quiet. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is conveniently close to the main station. Finally, it was very helpful that I was given the option to check in by myself with a code, having arrived past the open hours.

The room offers a Sky TV program but I wish there was Netflix or Amazon Prime instead. Moreover, it would be great if there were some non-German-size pillows available for international travelers (who seem to find an 80x80 cm pillow rather uncomfortable).

Friendly reception by owner, very clean room, had very helpful information about the town. Wonderful breakfast in a lovely space.

What I state as shortcomings is unfair, really, because this is a particular type and location of hotel. I generally like to have a workout room which this did not have. And the location is particular to purpose - it is near the town convention center and the South Rostock train and bus station - but there is little in the area otherwise. I stayed there because I arrived from Copenhagen by bus at the South Rostock ZBus/Train station. But - there train service into town is very convenient.

The hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly. We were leaving the hotel to go out, and the receptionist suggested bringing our bags in the room so that we could walk around more and not rush back before the end of the check-in time. The room was also quiet. The building is just next to the central train and bus station. Takes around 35-40 mins to go to the beach.

Just as a warning, the hotel is in a very residential area, so there's not much around. Plus, all cafes close real early, so keep it in mind

Kind staff, clean spacious room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, very well connected. Additionally, they have been extremely kind to store our bags for the day also after checkout.

Suggestion: add smart TV feature in the TV's bedroom ;)

The hotel is placed in a quiet area just nearby Rostock Hbf with a huge parking place where for 5€ you can park for 24h. Easy access from the train station to the North Sea. The Hotel breakfast was great, and the staff are professional.

Hard to circulate the air if someone is smoking on the balcony outside, the entire room will smell as someone smoke inside.

The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly. There was also coffee and tea for us every time we went in or out. The breakfast buffet was very good with a huge variety. The room was very clean and comfortable, and as we arrived and traveled by public transit, the closeness to the train station was a huge plus. Little small touches like gummi bears on the pillow sweetened the deal.

The price was a bit high for the date we stayed and once something ran out at the breakfast buffet, we did not see it replaced. There was no elevator for us and so needed to take the stairs each time instead.

Convenient location just next to the main train station, great service, perfect breakfast. Everything I needed for a short business trip.

Hotel location is very convenient - just 3-4 minutes work from central railway station. Rooms have enough space and are very clean. Breakfast is tasty. Would recommend.
