Super phantastic hotel at very cheap price. Big room extremely comfortable with any kind of amenities to make my stay unforgettable. Very close to airport, there is a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes, day and night. Useful also to visit Beijing, because from airport is possible to reach the town in about 30 minutes by metro. Super recommended.

One strange thing. About 9 in the morning , all the shutters closed automatically!!!! No way to open it. I asked the reception. They say that when someone of the Government or the President have to take a plane, the secret service automatically close all the shutters of all the hotel close to the airport, in order to prevent possible terrorist attack (from the windows we see clearly any plane landing or take off. It’s a new for me, not good if You are a little bit claustrophobic.

Massive rooms, luxury hotel at good price. £70). I stayed there because I had a 4am check in and they have three shuttles an hour to the airport (10 mins). Made me wonder if I should have just stayed there for my whole time in Beijing as the metro to town is frequent and only costs £2.50.

On arrival I was very thirsty and bought 4 cans of cola in foyer bar to take to room. (In fairness they also provided water in rooms). But they cost £14 instead of the £2 they would have been in town: it was the bar/room service price although I did not ask for ice of a glass. The girl did not mention there was a shop in the hotel where they were less than half that price, (still dearer but better), which really peeved me later when I discovered it.

We had a 10 hour layover in China Airport and we booked here to stretch our bodies, have a swim at the pool and have a nice dinner before boarding a 10hour flight back home. The price was really fair, ony 85 EUROs. Great Spa area, with a large and long enough pool, sauna, jacusi. There was also a massage service available but did not book. For dinner we went to "western" restaurant and had a steak sanwich and a burger along with some beers. The took the bus back to the aiport. It is only a 5 minute ride, and there are buses every 20 minutes round the clock!

Like in most airpot hotels, the vibe is different than standard hotels. Also a bit too "cold" the atmosphere..

One particular highlight was the exceptional service at the hotel restaurant. The waitstaff were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent suggestions. The food was delicious, and the overall dining experience was top-notch.

Very nice hotel. Fast check in, payment is done at the check in, no actions needed at the check out. An airport shuttle is free of charge and runs every 20 minutes to terminal 3. Despite being very close to the airport (5-6 min drive by bus), no loud noise is heard in the room. Breakfast is ample and has many-many options. My room 3029 was super spacious. I do not know, if it was an upgrade but the room was huge!

The only thing I did not like is very poor WiFi. And the concierge could not properly open the car trunk, so I hit my head.

A huge hotel, located minutes away from Beijing Airport Terminal 3. The fact that they offer 24/7 free shuttle bus is a huge win, as we arrived late in the night. The staff was polite and helpful and the room was clean. The room really had some luxury feeling to it, as it was well maintained. We were pleased to find a huge comfy bed. Also, the soundproofing was great, as we almost didn't hear any noise from the planes, even though we could see them from our window. Breakfast was good, with both western and Chinese options to choose from.

The location of this hotel is super convenient for travelers coming to Beijing Capital airport. The free shuttle runs around the clock. It only takes minutes from T3 to get to the hotel. The hotel is also very nice and clean. I got a free upgrade to their king suite room. I’m from Texas, that room is huge even in Texas’s standards! It is very comfortable and has nice views. It is an amazing experience. The hotel’s breakfast buffet is also super good. It has a large variety of western and Chinese food options. Everything I tried is fresh and delicious.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I needed to check in early and they did their best to accomodate me without charging me extra. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a large variety of Chinese and western dishes to choose from, it was more like brunch then breakfast. There are a couple of good restaurants in the hotel also, so there is no need to leave the hotel if it's an overnight transit stay. There is shuttle every 20 mins to and from the airport.

It was difficult to understand how to turn on the shower, the tap fittings were such that it requires clarification. Although the wifi signalled excellent, there was no access to google, gmail, fb, youtube, insta, Brave, and most other browsers, as they are not permitted by the government. This is not the fault of the hotel but it is a nuisance to not have internet and access to communication if you are a western tourist, I wasn't even able check if my flight was on schedule. I was told you can have access with a VPN only.

The room size is good and there are plenty of sockets which take even UK-style plugs! Original art on the wall. At breakfast the restaurant is not busy/crowded. There are great warm options, especially hongshaorou (braised pork), made-to-order noodles and great hongcha (black tea). The fitness centre is great and has a nice view. The airport is not far away and there's a regular shuttle bus. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Talking was heard in the night. The view from 3rd Floor rooms is not so good.

Good location to the airport, nice enviroment. Very good service from the staff. We had a room with view of the landing area, my son loved to see planes landing every 10 min. Overall it's a very good transient stop during trips.

I have no negative comments to the hotel, but I really have some comments to the Booking. Before I arrive, I've received the message from Booking, that says there will be hotel shuttle bus every 20 min at the airport. But when I was there, the shuttle was cancelled due to Covid situation, and it has been like this for 1 month or so. How slow info syc to Booking? Thanks to the hotel they arranged a van soon, otherwise I've no idea what to do because the distance is too short for a taxi, no taxi want to go there after 4 hours in the queue. This is something Booking need to improve in the future!
