General hotel cleanliness and maintenance are great (except for the pillows - please refer to my comment regarding things I didn't like). The staff is super friendly and efficient, and the location is good (from there, you have quick and easy access to the highway). The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food.

The staff took too long to restock the food when there were many people at the breakfast buffet. The pillows had an unpleasant smell, as if they hadn't been properly sanitized. There is an additional charge for parking, and I was hoping for clear instructions on the reservation page (which I didn't find). The parking area is also small and apparently not monitored, as there were many cars parked using two spots, making it even harder to find an available area.

Awesome breakfast, awesome staff Raphael Front desk should be promoted, he is really sharp and very hospitable. Room service freaking amazing, housekeeping staff are excellent and very friendly, if i could, i would live at Rio Bourbon Campinas. Thank you to all!

I did not like the day I left, I wanted to stay.

It looks new, it’s clean, conveniently located give it is on a highway, but there is a shopping mall nearby. Very good gym and restaurant. Staff in the restaurant and house keeping are great.

This was our 2nd 2-day stay. Staff at reception/check-in-out do not even pretend to try to make an effort to sincerely welcome guests. ATM’s could replace them with the same courtesy.

Food is delicious + nice staff, they even managed to give my daughter a drawing to colour which was amazing.

Carpet in the room, this is the level of comfort I am used to.

Air conditioning turn off when one leaves the room. It got quite warm

It’s a new hotel near a big shopping center. What I highlight is facilities and furniture, they are all new.

Don’t have snakes within the room, but good and room services are good enough and there is a Mall near the Hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located nearby a gas station (next neighbour) and D. Pedro Mall (1 min driving). Facilities are good and new. Breakfast is good.

They charge for parking and the hotel price is a bit above some places around.

Charging extra for parking a car. This hotel is located on a HWY’s side, doesn’t make sense for the “extra”. Of course all guests will need to park a car.

the fitness center could use a little expansion, and it was way too small
