I didn't eat the breakfast, but the staff was very helpful and gave me hot water to take up to my room for tea, which was nice of them. The hotel was just a 18 minute walk from the amazing beach nearby, and even closer to most of the restaurants in town.

No major complaints, really. The value is good for what it is and the facilities were clean. It's not really the hotel's fault, but we did have a lot of mosquitos in the room. The windows don't have screens like they do in the States so you basically just have to keep them closed at all times if you don't want bugs in your room.

The service in general was excellent and I really felt taken care of. The room was modern, comfortable, spacious and they clean it every day (unless you ask them not to). Great selection of fruit, yoghurt, pastries and sandwiches for breakfast and a cappuccino or latte made for you if you wish. The main lady who helped me was Paulina - including getting me a reduced taxi fare to Zingaro nature reserve because I was travelling alone (it's about 20 min away) - thanks Paulina! There are lots of B&Bs closer to the beach but because I was there for 4 days, I preferred having somewhere that was c.10 mins from the beach (instead of 5) that was quieter and more spacious. I would definitely recommend and would go back again!

Not to do with Rivazzurra but just a general tip - be careful of letting mosquitoes into your room / bring repellent - I was bitten 5 times!

room were very good. breakfast good. The free bycycles were a realy nice feature , we managed to get round a lot more of the area than we would have done on foot.

The only downside was the absense of a kettle, tea / coffee set in the rooms. This is a must have standard. if i were to go there again I would take a kettle and tea bags, if this has not been recitified.

Excellent and extremely helpful staff. Modern, light, clean good size rooms. Nice outside area to eat breakfast. Although a 15-20 miinute walk from the beach and town the free bicycles made it easy.

Kettles and coffee/tea making in rooms would be good.

The place was just amazing! Lovely view, great value for money (and great staff and breakfast). Also they have bikes to pick and go to the beach. And the town is just amazing.

The free bikes are an amazing touch. The balcony and the decor of the rooms were a lovely surprise and Fabiola and her staff could not be more helpful and friendly, we felt at home and we would love to come back and stay again for longer.

Very good location to walk within 10 minutes to city center ans to the beach. There is free parking right in front of the hotel. Service was very good and welcoming. The rooms are big, very clean and comfortable. It was great to eat the breakfast on the terrsce outside.

Amazing staff! Paulina and Caterina were fabulous, so friendly, and helped us find some of the best beaches we’ve ever seen.

It wasn’t as close to the centre of the town, but still walking distance to all restaurants and shops.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is amazing and cordial especially Fabiola who hosted us like family, she helped us with recommendations, always with a smile! Thanks Fabiola!! Love you!
