Value for money, perfect stop if you are exploring Bicol. Near CWC, along the highway. Pin on gmaps is a little off, be sure to stay on the main road when looking for this place. Water is free. They have a cafe with food options. Free roadside parking also.

There is a recurring noise, probably from a machine, which is heard the loudest at room 3. It was tolerable at room 4 but it wakes us up when we were at room 3. This is the biggest downer, yet it is not really included in the room: please do not advertise your massage service. It is barely a massage. The masseuse don't even know what she's doing. It's more of an oil bath rather than a massage.

It is very cheap but unbelievably good place to stay. They have big spacious room with good quality bed and a TV. The bathroom is clean and has hot&cold shower. They accomodate us even when we arrived like midnight. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Naga City. This is a great place to rest and stay.

The only thing I didn't like is that it has no signage whatsoever that it is OYO 601. Google directs us in the right spot but the bldg has no name in front so we missed it at first. But, it is really much better than I expected.

When we walked in there was only vacancies for 12hrs @ P1250 or 24hrs @ P2500. We went to the parking lot and booked a room through bookings.com. Went back inside and wow, we got a room for P@1006. (not sure if the pricing is exact). But the bottom line is we got a room cheaper and checkout time was noon the next day. Not 12 hrs for P1250 like the staff said when we first walked in. Oh ya. The cable was very fuzzy and hard to watch

Everything. Starting from the room, it is so spacious, clean and smells good. The quality of bed, comforter and pillows are really good. Everything is nice. The place is also accessible along the road. I think the worth of this place is equivalent to a higher price, it's very comfy and I can't say more but we really loved it, wished we could stay longer in this hotel before we went back to Manila.

Minor thing: the canteen is not 24/7. We can't find any store nearby open early in the morning so we have to wait for 7am before we can order food.

The room is quite spacious and basic amenities are complete. The staff are also friendly.

They can improve on including shampoo on their guest kit.

I would like to commend the staff and the facilities. Very accessible too to the nearest local transportation area. Thank you and keep up the good work. I would like to recommend this hotel to other friends.

We were given the chance to stay here during our recent trip in Naga. I must say that the place is well-maintained and the rooms are all hygienic.

Isa to sa pinaka malinis na buget hotel na napuntahan namin. Be it sa sahig, wall, grouting in the bathroom, linens, public areas, name it malinis talaga. Kitang kita na well maintained ang hotel nila and yung mga staff nila very courteous din sila that makes our stay even better

I like that the location is near the convention center of the conference we are attending, and its in main streets. The family room is so big, which is good for a family to stay. Standard rooms are okay. Prices is reasonable.

TV channels are limited. TV in one of the standard rooms seems wrongly situated.
