Second time here. Clean, good, friendly, cozy single room (my room with balcony) , many TV channels, good wifi ,very good value for money. Nice if one wants to have morning jogging along the Main river. Road is quiet at night.

As in many places in Frankfurt area, there is some noise from planes during day (starts at 6 am). Not a top-location, but still manageble with public transport, one must take bus from S-Bahn station Offenbach Ost or Offenbach Markt. Buses only every 30 minutes at evening, during weekdays at daytime every 10 minutes.

Clean bathroom, floor, etc. The rooms were decorated very well and designed useful and well-working despite the size (been to other accomodations where one had trouble getting around due to space issues). Very comfortable ambiance.

Was a bit hard to find the entrance (especially due to google maps leading to the wrong side of the building), the corridors and staircases were quite dark with few light especially during night. Also the door to our room wasn't closing well, only when locking it up.

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly reception staff. Average sized room with balcony, and excellent shower. Vending machine with drinks. Good WiFi. Few minutes walk to village with restaurants and bar. Close to river walkway.

Parking on-site cost 8€, and very difficult to find parking space on adjacent streets after 1600. Defective remote control prevented t.v. working.

The staff here were really helpful. I had a couple of requests, including a room change, and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Also, the hotel has quite a warm, 'everyone knows everyone' kind of atmosphere; on the little patio out the back, you can easily strike up a conversation and find out what different guests are doing. It's a little way out of the centre of Offenbach, but it's pretty easy to get to the centre of Offenbach, and it's actually a very nice stroll along the river if you have time to go on foot. Plus the neighbourhood is nicer than the centre ;-)

The hotel is next to a road, and although it doesn't look like a main road, one side turns out to be quite noisy on the ground floor. (That's why I asked for the room change. It was much quieter higher up and on the other side.) I recommend you request a quiet room.

Customer service (reception crew) at the great level, always helpfull and kind. Also, as far i don't like filtered coffee, that one was really nice.

We got the room with a strange smell, probably from dry shower drenage, but after taking the shower everything has gone. Another thing is breakfast which is closer to "mre" than regular "swedish table". It's not that big problem, because it was whole, delicious meal, but You have to take it under consideration. I think that we (my family) did expect something different, but in the end everyone was full.

The room was okay.

The moldavian girl was very nice but the other receptionist ( the gentelmen) was very rude when i ask for a cofe.in the morning The cofe mashine working with cash and i ask to pay by card , but he show me to go because is imposible to pay by card. I understand he coudn't take the payment by card but i was expecting to be treated with respect not to wave me to go.

huge panoramic window with blackout curtains in the room, quite acceptable soundproofing of the walls and windows too, all the amenities and furnitures as necessary, overall comfy

the bed mattress was a bit too soft for me

I liked this hotel. Good value, everything was clean and tidy, good WiFi. Really nice location with the river park nearby and good restaurants and cafes. A single room had enough space. Not the newest furniture and design, but I like that older style.

Sudden cold surprised the country. An extra blanket would have been nice, although I didn't ask. NB, the heating was working great and also allowed me to dry clothes during the night
