The hotel restaurant is fairly priced and the food is good. I recommend eating there. They cook everything fresh, but the downside is that the wait for the food is sometimes a bit too long. They could also have a bit more variety

Staff was very helpful and willing to work with you for anything you needed. They were professional and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was good. I did eat a few dinners too and they were also good and prepared promptly.

Had a little trouble figuring out the hot water but other than that no complaints.

Quiet part, fresh breakfast, staff work at a high level, they help you with anything you need, good room and air conditioning are working well, comfy mattress, good restaurant, I like it and Thanks to the staff for making me feel at home

Everything was fine and perfect

The staff is SUPER NICE, they will make anything to make you feel like you are their first guest ever. The furniture is ugly and old, i will tell you that. But it was super clean. The bed was comfortable. I would it stay here again. Such a great bang for the buck.

The location is conveniently close to the town which makes it easy to access any services. They were kind enough to provide a tour guide to access the various city attractions and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Would highly recommend as a budget location. It has a wonderful rooftop bar/space where you can work or read a book and the location is very serene with lots of birds so it can easily double up as a birdwatching space. I really enjoyed that.

The free breakfast was sufficient but the menu would be a little bit better if there was more on offer. I found my room a little bit small and it did not have a workstation chair but there was a couch present, a workstation was however available in the other rooms since I booked kind of last-minute so I got the last available room. No complaints though since I was on a short stay.

Really nice place overall. The restaurant on the upper terrace is great for hanging out and sometimes getting a view of the Kilimanjaro. The food was delicious and a lot, and the room really comfy. I appreciated the hot water as well :) It is a bit far away from the Moshi center, but you can get there quickly by tuck-tuck, which the hotel will help organize. They also helped with activities around Moshi, such as a day-hike on Kilimanjaro and a coffee tour, at more reasonable prices than other guides. There was good wifi everywhere.

This house is truly a hidden gem in killimanjaro area a place to stay home far away from home, zakia and her entire team make me feel so welcome .. As a big bonus we can have a delicious breakfast looking at monte Kilimanjaro summit Well done Zakia

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Helping us with litterally everything we needed. We had a perfect stay. Room was clean and tidy. Beds are really comfortable with good moskitonets. We would always come back and recomend it to friends.

The guy who welcomed me and minded the dining area was nice, courteous, helpful, attentive.

There was renovation going on. During breakfast had to deal with noise of radial arm saw nearby.

We had a very nice stay at the lodge with great hosts. We arrived very late, which was not a problem at all and had a clean and spacious room. The breakfast was delicious and we would recommend the Lodge to everyone.
