Torres de Alba is centrally located, we were able to walk to many restaurants like Oldies right on the corner, Puntarenas a couple blocks up, and El Trapiche my fave, and Gut up the street from El Trapiche for some really good ice cream. My mom had a medical event while we were there and the staff sprung into action, apologies because I don't remember everyone's name but Elisa, Cesar and another young woman who translated were AMAZING, they had a driver take us to the hospital and just available every step of the way. You can catch a cab or Uber right out front but Elisa matched us with drivers based on our needs, Gustavo took us on a great walking tour through Casco Antiguo. The rooms in the new tower are like suites and right up the street is a row of souvenir shops, there's a Casino across the street. And the electric shades really afforded you privacy and made sleeping great. Huge showers. I really enjoyed my stay, they will treat you como la familia a Torres de Alba!

I don't eat eggs so the breakfasts were a little challenging, not the greatest but the simple things they did right, but when in Panamá do as the Panamanians do, so there was liver, sausages, chicken stew and just more hardier food than I'm used to early in the morning. The rooms could use outlets both electric and UBS near the beds.

The room wasspacious, comfortable, and kept clean with excellent maid service. The kitchen equipment, cookware, and dishware were adequate. The appliances worked with the exception of the refrigerator, which had to be replaced. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Hotel was very conveniently located to take the metro as well as a good area to walk to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was available from 630 and was always fresh and had many options. Kitchen was well-equipped and the apartment was spacious, with a dining table and a desk to work at. The router in the room meant that the internet connection was excellent. The washer and dryer as well as hangers in the closet made it easy to have clean laundry. The people at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant.

A little confusing to find my apartment as it involved taking 2 elevators but not an issue after the first time.

The apartment style hotel with living area, kitchen, and washer and dryer options. That gave the place a home feel and this just what I needed. I also had a wonderful view of the mountains and city streets over at tower 2.

Some areas had an old musty scent. Some stains were visible on a few loungs chairs close to the gym.

The breakfast was ok for meat eaters but more can be added for vegans or fish eaters.

Th rooms can get too cold sometimes. The hot water was not available one of the mornings when we bathe.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is comprised of towers. Some are newer and nicer than others. The gym and common eating area are very nice. Staff are incredibly friendly and aim to help.

The air conditioning leaves a lot to be desired. Only one of two rooms can really be set to be chilled at desired temperature. Can be problematic for those that are always warm.

We only stayed 3 nights. Nice hotel very comfortable friendly peolple working at the hotel, close to some stores where we could buy what we needed. We did like your breakfast, excellent.

More choices on the menu of the restaurant

First the WiFi was free, the property still has plastic cutlery out to use or to take with you. the property is easy to get too, Many banks in the near, cleaners next door also at least 2-0 with in 10-20 meters, Many restaurants with in walking distance. this hotel is in a great location

THE A/C WAS TO COLD. Breakfast could be a lot better, i only ate breakfast once. i prepared my own breakfast in my apartment.

Location:excellent. Breakfast: okay (food lukewarm, set up could be better to have a better flow.) Staff: great Ambiance:great Maintenance: poor(not good upkeep of the facility).

Rooms need to be maintained much better. Our shower head didn't work, one bedside lamp was broken off and missing. Ceiling vent hanging, gas stove malfunctioned (preferred not to use for safety reasons)

The location is excellent, very central and easy to navigate. Metro stop, large grocery store and several nice bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The breakfast bar is amazing (the coffee definitely exceeding my expecations!), the gym and pool are really nice, and I loved that this was an apartment (with a full kitchen, laundry and comfy couch to relax) during my 10 long days of work in Panama City. Felt like the perfect mix of home + hotel!

The weekend was very busy with several large events (including a political rally, whose attendees apparently staged at the hotel for several days of planning and rallying?). Totally not the hotels' fault, but felt really busy after a quiet week of work/home routine!
