From the minute we arrived, Paulo and Didier made us feel extremely welcome, just like home from home. We stayed 3 nights and they were always on hand, but never intrusive. Their combined local knowledge was invaluable with regard to both the history of Quillan and also the surrounding areas, as well as the many things to do locally. The room was clean, very comfortable and tastefully decorated and the location was perfect. A superb breakfast each morning including home made jams set us up for the day. Compared with the sterility of most modern hotels, staying at Nidelice was a heartwarming experience and we thank you both for making our stay so memorable. Mick and Kim

Fabulous welcoming hosts. Kettle in room for tea or coffee. Delicious breakfast with home made jams. Beautifully decorated, large spacious room with comfy chairs and very comfy bed. Central location with great places to eat nearby.

I stayed here on a stopover between locations and I'm only sorry I wasn't able to stay longer! The location is ideal (<5 minutes walk from the station, close to waterfront and restaurants/shops), and the room was far superior to what I even expected (extremely large, with a balcony, very comfortable bed, lovely decor, and clean modern bathroom). Paolo and Didier were absolutely lovely hosts, and spending time with them was one of the highlights of my trip. What a lovely place they've made here.

We felt totally at home and part of Paulo and Diduer’s family from the moment we arrived. From the freshly baked apple pie for breakfast to the many glasss of wine in the evening, the conversations were amazing and ranged around the world. Paulo is Portuguese and well travelled. The little bar next door was also very friendly. The local policeman. found us a good restaurant and even drove with us to find it.

Paolo and Didier are just lovely, and they have created such a homely, welcoming, and fun chambre d’hôtes here. The breakfast is incredible. It’s a great place to stay.

Location was great, as I was going via bus to Carcassonne and previously had been to a family wedding.Facilities spacious.

The hosts were great. My room was ready so allowed to check in very early. My room was spacious with a good supply of reading material and nice big windows. There was a comfy seating area in my room. The bathroom was adequate. Breakfast was very good.

This a wonderful place to stay with very friendly and helpful hosts. The building has been beautifully restored.

Great location with character and super clean. We had a double room on the first floor with en suite and plenty of space to relax in.
