The room was spotless and looked recently renovated. Once you know where you’re going, it’s an easy walk from the bus stop. A few minutes walk to Corso Vittorio Emmanuel where you’ll find most of the tourist sites as well as cafes and restaurants. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, there was a choice of high or low style. We’ll set up bathroom with choice of shower head. Small fridge and desk worked well for me. Breakfast was great with choices from cereal, croissants, yoghurt and juice. The host Anna came in each morning to make your coffee, the froth on my cappuccino was extra creamy. As it was raining on the morning of my departure, Anna’s husband kindly drove me to the bus station. Anna also provided a map marking the main sites and the B &B. Brush up on your Italian to aid conversation with Anna, but google translate also works well.

I was actually right next to the breakfast room, so could access kettle. Not sure if other rooms had tea and coffee making facilities

Hosts like Sebastiano and Ana pour their heart into their work. With many hosts nowadays just leaving the keys in a box without even showing their face, having someone to wait for you, guide you, help you park safely in a busy town, advise and attend friendly with everything you need is something truly exceptional. Not least, this is the first small accommodation handing me a payment receipt on its own initiative, without me having to request it. I really appreciated the honesty and care of these hosts and I wish them to fulfil all the dreams they aspire to.

The room was nice and comfortable. The A/c worked well. The breakfast was a croissant, juice yogurt and a cup of coffee. A little something is always nice. The location is a block or two from the Main Street. Heretics doesn’t speak English and our Italian is minimal but it all worked out.

There was an issue with the toilet and you had to wait 10 minutes between flushes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Federicas B&B! The room was clean and fitted all our needs. Federica was very kind & helpful! She gave us useful recommendations for our stay in Noto, which made our stay on of the best on our holidays in Sicily! We'd book again at B&B Federica if we'd come back to Noto!

Nothing to complain about.

Federica is a very lovely lady, did everything to feel myself perfect. The bathroom is one of the most beautiful that I have seen in Italy. Love shutters,bed was comfortable, location is central though very quiet.

Amazing little place, Stefano was sooo helpful as I was biking and he gave me so many nice places to visit on route. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if in Noto.

Federica helped us find free parking, which was appreciated. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. Location was fantastic!

Everything was excellent from the first communication to the last day of our stay! The location was brilliant; the beds are very comfortable; the rooms and bathrooms are super clean; the breakfast was plenty and very tasty; the hostess was super attentive. We highly recommend it!!!!!

This B&B was in an excellent location and had very friendly staff who sat down with us and gave recommendations for our time in Noto. They were also flexible when we were late arriving. Would recommend!

The location is fantastic. 100m from main Street in Noto but in a quiet cul-de-sac. Restaurants nearby are good value.

Problem with shower tray overflowing .... be aware otherwise water may spill over into the bedroom.
