As there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room- the restaurant allowed us to order coffee and tea and bring to the room. Location is great

We had a living room and bedroom combined- we would have wished for tea and coffee facilities in the room. We would have appreciated shelving or a cabinet in the bathroom for Our toiletries and make up- there were none.

Traveled with family ( with elderly and kid ). Booked a family room, with a big terrace. The Room was clean, spacious with 1 double bed + bunk bed in a separate room. Breakfast at the restaurant was good. Staff was very helpful and we feel very welcomed. Hotel location was great, needed just a little walk, and there’s a beach. Free parking at the hotel.

Didn’t have water kettle in the room. Especially traveling with kids/ babies. We needed the water to make their milk/ food.

Our experience at this place was poor: there was a party in the restaurant of the hotel which prevented us from sleeping until late at night. The hotel contacted us a couple of days before we went to the hotel to warn us about the party, which was much too late to change hotel (we could even not cancel the room we booked). The staff apologised for the severe annoyance, but did not offer any financial compensation (even breakfast). This is unacceptable from a premium hotel. Given the bad experience we had, I unfortunately cannot recommend this place at all, unless you are invited to a party at the restaurant of the hotel.
