The receptionist where super kind, received the bags before check-in, and even managed to get the room a couple of minutes before it. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff is super kind. They'll ask for the room number at the start of your breakfast and then it's a buffet. The electricity system is pretty neat, allows you to be more aware of picking up the card for the door before leaving.

It is a couple of minutes away from the main train station, but it's an easy trip to follow back and forth. You may get a bit lost after the church, but it's super easy to find later. They didn't had a safe inside the room.

The hotel's location ( Danische Strasse) was in the heart of AltMarkt. Just 1 minute walking distance to St. Nikolai Church and Stad Museum. Also there are lots of pubs and restaurants which are very close to the hotel. Another point is, the room was very clean and neat when I checked in.

It might be better if there were more amenities such as soap and single-use slippers. Also there were only 4 channels available in the TV. Also keep in mind that there are no mini fridges in the rooms. You should bring a cooler bag if you need to keep your drinks cold.

This is very central, clean and tidy hotel, and was perfect for my stay. The rooms are a reasonable size with a small desk work station. Reception is manned 24 hours and they have a nice selection of snacks and drinks available all day. The Wifi was good, allowing me to watch Netflix on my laptop. The location is great, being right in the Altstadt, with access from two streets. This is a no frills, functional hotel, but I would definitely stay again as I comfortable and happy for the week I was there :-).

The breakfast selection could be a bit better. Some of the staff were a bit "cool" upon initially encountering them, but warmed up as my stay went on. A smile and a warm "hello" doesn't cost anything, but can make a huge difference. Some English speaking TV channels would be great, or else allow customers to cast to the TV's in their rooms.

Very nice breakfast for just 10 euros. The hotel was located right in the city center, so you can walk anywhere basically. The staff was nice and even let me check in earlier because my room was already ready. The room was cozy, had a TV, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The towels were exchanged every day which I really appreciate.

The pillow was not great, but I survived. It also got a bit cold at night. The windows weren't cleaned, but I didn't really mind that. However, I did have a feeling that the bathroom wasn't the cleanest either.

Very good hotel, great location. Friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are clean, with the windows closed you can't hear the street noise. p.s. for lovers of a hearty and substantial breakfast - with omelet, bacon, porridge and sausages, there is a wonderful establishment nearby called Cup & Cino. It was a fantastic breakfast on a beautiful sunday morning.

Very kind service on the front desk. I like that is open very early and late so it makes the check-in and check-out more flexible. I was there for work, so the room had everything I needed during my stay.

It could have been cleaner, but it was not terrible. I would also suggest to change the stitting chair as it looks deteriorated. Not related to the hotel, but friday was loud, although sunday was perfectly silence.

The hotel is conveniently located, there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room and the bathroom were quite spacious.

It seems that only the floor and the table are cleaned regularly. It was dusty on the curtains and on the top of the wardrobe.

Central location, modern hotel, within easy walking distance from the railway station, restaurants and bars nearby, as was the river, and promenade. Breakfast, good choice and plentiful. Comfortable bedroom and good bathroom. Staff pleasant and helpful, nice touch having coffee and croissants on welcome tray in Reception area.

It was very nice and right in the middle of Kiel festivities! I loved it!

There is a weathered glass door downstairs, I think the lock is getting old and needs replacement.

I loved the central location between Kieler Schloss and Nikolai Kirche. The breakfast was great (and being able to have a coffee and croissant on arriving was nice).

There was late night music, a jazz fest on Sept 2, so not quiet my first night. Not something the hotel could help and the rest of my stay was quiet.
