Nicely located next to the train station and ideal to explore the city. In our case we lived that the AIDA drop off for luggage was right in front of the hotel and that walking distance to the cruise ship was only 20 Minutes away. Friendly staff. Had view to the harbour

The location is no doubt the best. This is my first time to Kiel, so I decided to stay close to the main station because lots of public transportation passes here. However, as I was not familiar with the surroundings, I spent like 15 minutes trying to find the entrance of the hotel, which turns out that I was searching in the wrong direction. That was on me. I was lucky to get the room facing the harbor, so I could spot the cruise parking there and enjoyed my breakfast with the nice view. The room held the standard of the brand, so nothing to complain. The sleeping quality was so good and so silent because normally near the main station it should be quite noisy, but this was not the case in Kiel.

Maybe the hotel should put more direction indications to guide the guest from the station so that they don't get lost.

The reception is open 24/7, so check-in is possible at any time. The hotel has elevators and secure key-card doors, and no one can enter without greeting the staff, which made me feel very safe. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they were happy to speak English — something that’s not very common in Germany. I also really appreciated the clear information signs everywhere, both in German and in English. We will definitely be coming back! Parking is available for just €10 per day, and the buffet breakfast room was really nice

The location is perfect; the hotel is located next to a train station and lots of busses. The sightseeing bus stops literally in front of the hotel entrance. The reception staff members were all friendly and professional. The room was large enough and very clean. The shower is really good, with a powerful water stream. Shopping and cafees are just steps away.

The pillows are a bit thin, but I just used two. The shower booth is not very spacious. I'm a slim woman, so it wasn't a big deal, but it might be bothersome for people with larger bodies.

Great location, close to railway station, central bus station and local bus connections, last stop of ferry boat. Restaurants around. Close to old city. Rooms are very clean, good soundproofing. Internet works well. Kettle and starting tea/cofee set in the room. Possibility to make tea/coffee in the lobby (reasonable price) at 24/7. Nice and professional personnel. I highly recommend the hotel.

Clean, calm and the staff is very friendly. The location is very nice, it is just near the main station of Kiel , it is also very close to Sophienhof shopping center, where you can find grocery stores, fast food restaurants and some fashion stores.

There is no kettle or fridge in the room

The hotel is extremely central and is next to the train station, The rooms are clean, tidy and have nearly all the required amenities. The staff are very friendly and can speak fluent English. My room was facing the river which meant I had a great view, overlooking the canal.

The only thing missing for me was air conditioning, as I visited in summer it was extremely hot in the room.

loud neighbors one night - a water boiler in the room and some coffee/teabags would habe been nice. We could get one on demand and there was a nice coffee place in the lobby

Comfortable and very quiet room, despite facing the central station. The staff managed to fulfill my room requests. Overall, good value for money.

No info, verbal or written, that the breakfast (for an extra fee in my case) was cancelled on December 23 and 24.

Right next to train station which was very convenient for us. Nice rooms with everything you need, both fridge and a kettle. The staff were really lovely and welcoming. Felt very safe even if the area around a hauptbanhof is never great anywhere. Got a great deal and room upgrade, I can’t complain.
