The room was clean, with everything needed for a couple of nights sleep. It was super quiet, which is great. The stuff was really friendly and helpful. The location is near city opera and a park, bus station is 5 min walk, also some supermarkts are near.

We booked a big bed or double bed, and the problem I guess with most of these beds is that, after some time, they are getting sucked in the middle. So, two person sleeping is pretty uncomfortable, especially if some one is moving during theit sleep. That's the only thing that I didn't like it, it should be better.

The location and the View out of my window

The Staff which was not really friendly towards the guests. Mainly the young woman did not even greet you when entering the hotel for check In or for breakfast. The guy was friendlier. The shower was kind of broken while the rest of the room.was renovated. No extras like soap etc in the room. And the worse: no elevator! We had to carry the 2 suitcases up to floor 4 or 5. At leat he offered help after he saw how shocked we were

The staff were friendly and it was easy to get to from central station.

The price for the room was not good. I expected the price for such a room to be around 40% less. (For the same price I had a very good 4-star hotel 1 week earlier in the city centre of Vienna, for comparison)

I successfully booked a stay, but when I arrived, I was told via a phone call that no rooms were available and that I couldn’t stay there. However, they still charged me the full rate the next day even though I wasn’t allowed into the hotel. Now, the hotel claims that I did stay at the property, and they have not paid me back, even after being ordered to do so by Booking.com customer support. Very dishonest service.
