The location is close to the main street, the security and quietness are 99% sure as you need your door key to take the lift to your floor. Room spacious, comfortable, and modern. Breakfast is decent.

In Spanish, I'd say: 2 tonterías: In my room, shower products are stored in low quality containers, which oxidised and dropped in the conditioner product, for example. I feel it a bit low-key for such a nice hotel. Also, the closing room doors are too loud. It worker as an unwanted morning alarm.

Everyhing is up to standart.

We were your guests from 19.07.2024 to 20.07.2024 with reservation 4213729935 for 2 rooms. There was a crash in your system that was processing the reservations. When we were leaving, we paid one of the rooms with card (185.07 EUR) and the other one with cash (166.47 EUR). We now find out that the credit card the we had made the reservation with was charged for the two rooms again. We expect our money to be returned as soon as possible!

The breakfast was fine. Perfectly edible, but no frills. The staff were approachable and helpful. The hotel was situated in quite a good location, although we had a short stay so we used taxis quite. Lot. Most people seem to have an understanding of English.

The room could have been bigger. The shower room/toilet was very cramped, but the water was hot, and there was plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Room service was efficient and the staff were nice.

It was so awesome we could walk to everything.the walk street and the star wars con we was a was next to.

It was so great to see the other people and the people there was at work when we came walk as wookiees from Star wars at the hotel .it make other people remember the funny day at the hotel and we could give them a happy day too big hugs from the Danish wookiee family

Staff, facilities and room were decent. For international guests: note that no water heater and fridge is provided, facilities are decent but spartan.

The main really noteworthy negative aspect of the hotel is the lift, it is slow and inefficient, goes to floors in inexplicable sequence and mixes kitchen, laundry and guest rooms. Really not convenient.

Good central location in Kiel. Great parking spots right across from the hotel (Exerzierplatz), unless it is market day. The place is clean.

The elevators are very slow. We constantly had to take the stairs, because we had to wait way too long for the elevators. Doesn't matter that much, when you stay on one of the lower levels, but very anoying if you are higher up. Often very busy during breakfast and the hotel doesn't seem to be staffed or equipped for such a demand. Especially in summer when a lot of cruise ships are leaving from Kiel. Rooms are fairly small.

Large bed, comfortable mattress, convenient location with cheap parking in the square right outside. Friendly staff and a fun waffle machine for breakfast.

Our view from our window was concrete walls and a roof top. That was a little disappointing seeing the location of the hotel. The sausage patties and croissants at breakfast were dry and boring but that's just a minor thing. The rest of breakfast was good.

Reception Staff were exceedingly accommodating and cordial...not to mention, PATIENT, with me, what with my "cognitive decline" (I continuously needed assistance with using my key card), but everyone in Reception just smiled or chatted amiably with me, so I wouldn't be embarrassed. Also, the extraordinary view from my 10th story window was breathtaking(!), and worthy of many photos. The whole facility (entire hotel) was so nicely appointed and impeccably well-kept, it gave me the impression that it was a brand new! Additionally, the bedding in my room (mattress and pillows) was the most delightfully comfortable of any bedding, in any lodging, on land or sea, upon which I have ever slept! Bravo! and Kudos! to this most marvelous of hotels and most congenial of Personnel!

I found all aspects of my stay simply delightful!

Room was clean and breakfast included in the rate. The location is good, close to the center and within a walkable distance to train station and cruise pier. Also the room had a decent view and was really silent. Breakfast was average, but there were a couple of waffles machine, my son loved them!

The room are somehow small and in the bathroom we missed where to put the toothbrush. There are only 2 elevators and during peak times you can wait quite a lot, especially if you cannot use the stairs to climb to the higher floors. The staff at the reception is ok, some are nice some are just not really helpful. Breakfast could be improved.

The room was very clean and comfortable, there was everything needed in there. The breakfast was very good. We could leave our luggage in the luggage room before the check in time. The hotel is in a walking distance from the city center, stores, restaurants.

There is no parking that belongs to the hotel; in the days of our visit there was the Kieler Woche of which we were not aware, so all parkings nearby were fully packed, and we spent a lot of time and got some stress while waiting for a free spot. Also, we could not re-book the room from 2 to 3 persons although there were available rooms. The booking addressed the questions to the hotel, and the hotel employees said they can not change the reservations done via booking. Here some flexibility would help a lot.
