Friendly reception staff who spoke very good english and offered ideas of what to see and do in the area, lovely buffet breakfast with good variety and gluten free and dairy free options on request Possibility to have eggs cooked. Clean good sized modern bathroom with great shower pressure. Small fridge and kettle. Quiet, clean room

Triple room was a little on the small side for a family of 4 with a suitcase each but it was perfectly fine for an overnight stay.

The staff was great, spoke english and was extremely polite. We felt very welcome! The cleaning service was over the top, really good! Breakfast was moderate in selection, but well served and nice flavors altogether. All and all, a very nice place to stay for less money than similiar options. .

Our family room was spacious with one double and two single beds. Good location - a few minutes walk from a park, Rathaus, shops, etc. Very good breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Parking in a garage a few steps away. Small welcome haribo packs made the kids froh ;)

Windows facing a small street but close enough to a more busy one - makes it a little noisy in the morning.

Extremely wonderful staff. So kind as my wife suffer from cancer and stay in UKSH. They gave me free parking as a gift. The breakfast was really good. Also free coffee all time available. It’s a really great small hotel with great service.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were difficult guests arriving with bicycles and luggage that needed storing while we were away on a bike trip but this was no problem for the hotel - they just said yes to everything and were utterly charming. The breakfast deserves special praise! How many hotels these days use genuine eggs rather than powdered? Well, they were real ones here, fresh and scrambled to perfection each morning. Well done Tom Kyle team!

The hotel could have been next to a beach at the bottom of a really great ski run??

This hotel was exceptional! A very cute older building a little outside the city. Location was perfect for our needs though. I have never experienced such friendly staff. Special thanks goes to the breakfast staff ♥️

Pillow selection could include a firmer option, but I slept better than in months here anyway.

Pleasant staff who provided good service, the reception lady was patient and also helped us find the cheapest way to get to an attraction. Nice and clean rooms. The breakfast was good with a good selection.

The only negative to mention is that you only got one key to the room, but it worked out just fine.

Very lovely, friendly and welcoming of me and my dog. We arrived late and they arranged for us no problem. The location is quiet and green and the breakfast was really good!

Nothing really. It was a little loud from the corridor is the only thing but the place is small so it wasn’t a big problem.

I did not expect much looking at the hotel from outside, but our family suite was spacious with two separate bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The room was really nice with complimentary. I also have to mention the location, location, location. Spot on! Everything in close proximity! Perfect Will defently come back again.

No AC. Simple breakfast.

Very helpful and friendly staff and good service. Very nice and clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast had everything I think there should be available. Free access for a coffee or a tea was very nice, it made me feel at home.

Children running upstairs which was quite noisy.
