It was clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

There were not many instructions from staff and posters on how to get into the hotel after 10PM. At some point we thought we were stranded outside for the night, because no one was answering their phone either. We figured it out in the end, though.

Hotel was easy to find using the SATNAV. There was free parking. The room was exceptionally clean and it was obvious that the staff take great care of and have pride in their hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant in the evening was basic but tasty and very good value as were drinks in the bar. Breakfast was excellent. We were able to check in early which meant we had more time to visit Kiel. Room was very comfortable.

It was all fine for our short stay.

The breakfast was substantial and quite good. Weekends can be busy. We arrived on a Thursday, Friday was quiet however, Saturday, when we left, was quite busy.

The structure has no elevator and we were on the top floor. If mobility issues are a problem. I suggest checking with the desk to see if an accommodation on a lower floor would be better.

nice quiet location, and within 5 minutes walk of the university where I was working which was great. staff were nice and friendly, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. some shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and the hotel has a restaurant (not open on Sunday evenings). the bus into Kiel stops directly outside the hotel and takes about 20 minutes into the city. for a variety of shops and restaurants you would need to go into Kiel. you can also walk a few minutes down to the harbour and take the ferry into the centre of Kiel which is a nice alternative option. overall I had a great stay and would recommend if you are working nearby or don’t mind the commute into town.

The water was not very hot in the evening and sometimes took a little while to heat up for the shower.

Great location for those who are getting off the ferry. Free parking, the rooms are quite spacious and look better than in the photos. Breakfast is alright, although not the widest selections.

Can't really complain. Really good for a hotel of this level. The breakfast on weekends doesn't start till 7AM.

This hotel was spotlessly clean and had plenty of parking spaces. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. Plenty of everything. The staff were very nice and friendly. Would Definitely stay here again.

Nothing. Everything was perfect for our stay.

Staff were very accommodating, nice little sweet pack on pillow, complimentary bread before dinner, walking distance to cruise terminal and bus stop right outside..

Just a little dated and a lift would be nice..

Rooms and Bathrooms were neat and tidy. Breakfast was excellent.

Outer appearance is a little outdated.
