The guy at the reception was very nice. The hotel is in the quiet part of the town with a lot of greenery. The German submarine U-995 is near by. You can take a ferry to get to the other side of Kiel.

The parking place was behind the hotel but the pavement was not in a good condition so it was a little bit hard to drag a luggage. Check in is until 7PM and after that you can check in via some app but the instructions were so long that we hurried so we could make it to the hotel before 7PM.

Friendly welcome, clean secure bike storage, comfortable rooms and great soundproofing so we sleep well. We had an air con problem but super guy on reception quickly changed our room for us.

We were well out of the city but there is a ferry 3 minutes walk away and the Alte Mühle was great for food as was Cafe Luna for breakfast. Wifi was hopeless, even in the reception area.

Accessible and well-located hotel, very close to the GEOMAR East shore campus and the Wellingdorf ferry stop. Clean and comfortable rooms and a good choice of foods for breakfast. Close to local shops, cafes, restaurants and bus routes into Kiel.

Beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have 2 pillows instead of 1. The room was big and so was the bathroom. The shower was nice. Parking was great. We paid and parked in the garage. It was so easy to take the ferry into Kiel. Only 1€ one way. The ferry was the highlight of the trip! Netto is across the road.

A fridge and a kettle would have made the stay 10/10.

The staff was accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good. Easy to reach and very close to GEOMAR.

The wasn't cleaned on the first day. The internet is too slow. No possibility to make coffee in the room.

The room was big and the bathroom grand. Our bicycles were stored safely in a bicycle cellar. Staff was nice. The hotel is only 3 km from the Kiel - Oslo ferry.

Breakfast had to be paid separately and was average. The location is outside of Kiel with nothing much around. The good restaurant in the vicinity had ruhetag, so we took a taxi to the city center.

It was a lot dust under the bed, floor wasn't clean. The look from window was roof of other building straight away from our window, no wiev at all

The location is great for conference attendees at GEOMAR research institute.

The shower water is too hot…..

The hotel installations are very good and comfortable, also the room was well cleaned and the breakfast is great.

Staff is very helpful. Location is okay. Free parking.

We missed a fridge, but we were to short there to make a fuss about it.
