Great location, super clean and well appointment little apartment/studio. Gym though small had some free weights and was good to have it available.

The staff at reception were grumpy, unsmiling, basically didn't even look up when we arrived. We requested an early check in and were told if it was available. It wasn't (fair enough) so we went to sit in the lounge area and they said we would be told when a room was available. Well they just forgot! We waited 1.5 hours there, noone came and we checked in at normal time because they forgot about us.

Comfortable bed, Good wi-fi, Kitchenette, that included washing detergent. Complementary coffee and tea in the lobby which was a real treat Location

Room was too hot and have a very small window for ventilation. Cleanliness: We stayed for 8 nights = one time cleaning (every week). Although we asked to clean the room after the 5th night (instead of the 7th) they insisted on cleaning on the 7th day. Cleaning itself included mainly changing towels and sheets, did not clean the floor or the sink. The staff at the reception gave very little information, not even breakfast time. Very few parking places, most of our stay we could not use the hotel parking. There is an espresso machine in the room but not suitable glasses, only big mugs.

We had a studio apartment. Clean, fresh, new. Locked room for bicycle storage. Kitchen facilities in the room incl. fridge and kettle. Air conditioning although it struggled to cool the room adequately at night.

The photography is bordering on being deceptive, it’s much smaller and very cramped than it looks. Although the actual size is as noted (19 square meters). €20 deposit to use umbrella seemed excessive (€40 for the two of us).

Hotel has a great location in the city center of Kiel. The bar downstairs provides sufficient food and beverage options. We had a disturbance on our second night but this was in the end properly handled by the staff of the hotel. Having the small kitchen gives a lot of flexibility for the guests

Coffee is provided free of charge in the lobby but for the room you get only one coffee per person for the machine, independent of the length of your stay. You can buy additional coffee for 1 eur per cup at the reception. I understand that it's limited but for me the minimum would be one coffee per person PER DAY

The cleanliness, the amenities that came with the room and the location is great. It was a really comfortable stay for me, the best I had throughout my Germany trip. The hotel seems very new and being new and clean is a major win.

1) The pillow is too soft. 2) I was told that their luggage room was full upon checkout, and there were no alteratives provided, which foiled my plans as i was left stranded with my luggages. I told them that i only needed them to keep it for 40 mins. I feel that some flexibility can be practised here. 3) I wanted to extend my stay by a night and enquired upon check-in, and the front desk said no problem without checking on the system, but it turns out that they were full. All these are just small problems I encountered, overall I'm very satisfied with the room!

Apartment was perfect for 3 of us travelling (couple and child) ample space, really great location 👍 really clean and great staff

Online it stated groceries available. The shop is not a shop its an area with some random snacks. We went to a local shop instead which was fine but it should say small snacks available

Super-central location in Kiel, colorful rooms with good space for a family and they were nice and clean. Very good breakfast. Extra plus with fussball-table in the entrance (that the kids loved). Good value for the money!

The beds were a bit hard to sleep on, little soap in the bathroom and some of the personell were not the most service-minded, but all in all a pleasant stay for one night.

the location was perfect. Right in the heart of the city and easy walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions. As many of the previous reviews have pointed out, the hotel is very new and as a result, the rooms were immaculate. the beds and bedding were super clean and comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the kitchenette, but it was nicely appointed and would have been nice had we needed it. The staff was courteous responsive. One of the light switches in the bathroom was broken and the staff had it fixed within an hour.

This is a minor criticism, but for those driving, the hotel is a little hard to find. There is parking directly next to the hotel, but is accessed from behind which made it a little confusing. Once you get your bearings, it isn’t an issue. parking is $11 per day. The rooms are very efficient but are on the smallish side.

Very welcoming and helpful staff with good English skills and information about the city. Great breakfast area. The cleaning staff doing a great job too and always possible to get a new towel etc We brought our dog and the rooms were soundproofed and the dog were welcomed too.

The attention, especially the Spanish girl, attentive, cordial and always trying to find the best solution for the client, a great professional and a better person.

For the price it has, they should improve the kitchen utensils, the pans are to throw away, very scratched, otherwise very good.
